Plan your day''s beach adventure while overlooking the sparkling, uncrowded pool. Poolside 30 is the complete package! After a busy day, recharge in air-conditioned comfort and relax in the comfy living area.
Property Information: This townhouse is 1200 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private garage. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and each has its own balcony, allowing for maximum privacy and comfort. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed. The second bedroom has a full-size and a queen-size bed. Designated WIFI throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for meal preparation. A convenient washer and dryer are located in the garage and available at no additional cost.
The Ponce Landing complex's grounds are meticulously maintained and feature two outdoor pools and a private boardwalk to the beach.

Property is great and beds are comfortable. Great location and love the beach. Restaurants and shopping nearby. My only concern was the ants in the kitchen. Also, ice maker did not work. Thank you!

Weve stayed here for years. This is our least favorite unit. TV didnt work in Master, sliding doors very difficult and a real problem with ants in kitchen area.

Great place

We took a last minute girls trip and found this to be a great spot. The beach was not too crowded and the condo was close to a lot of restaurants and ice cream shops. A nice distance from St. Augustine too if you decide to go into the historic part of town. The unit and appliances/furnishings are a little older but everything worked and it was very comfortable. Overall it was a great location and would definitely book here again.

Great condo in the heart of st. Augustine beach

Awesome condo right in the heart of st. Augustine beach. Condo is a bit dated but everything works great! It is stocked well with kitchen stuff, toiletries and towels. The condo is an end unit and was nice and quiet. The two pool areas were awesome and clean not over crowded. Very short boardwalk to beach access. We come to st. Augustine a lot and will be back for sure.

Property was worn but comfortable. Food storage containers for kitchen were sparse. Pool was dirty over the weekend with all manner of things floating in/on the water and settled on the bottom. Improved on Monday.Excellent location. No outdoor privacy. Development not dog friendly.

Great location. Close to all the things we love at St. Augustine Beach with the extra bonus of being dog friendly. The condo was clean and Anna was very responsive when the gas grill in the unit needed to be replaced.

Pelican Point

Due to the storm(Ian), our rental unit had an issue. Anna moved us to another unit overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed our time with great weather and great fishing.

Perfect St. Augustine Beach Vacation

Convenient to all necessities. Clean condo, AC worked great, even upstairs! Drive on beach access, mini-golf, several ice-cream shops, surf shops, seafood restaurants, shopping, souvenirs, and Old Town!!! Waves, fishing, and plenty of wide Sandy beach. Can’t beat it! Already planning next years vacation to St Augustine Beach and I live in Jacksonville. Yes, I’m a homer and I love this area!!!

As advertised....

Our stay was as expected with the VRBO experience. Especially loved having a garage. The unit was appointed properly but nothing special. TV did not work when we arrived...agent did not respond til the following day. I was able to reconnect it properly. Also the night table lamp did not work. It was not repaired during our stay. We had a pet policy issue when booking our stay which was never truely clarified...although the pet fee was happily charged to my credit card. We were permitted to keep our pet in the unit, but the property was not "pet friendly". Our stay in the unit was pleasant, but I would not return due to issues with the booking process and the management company.

Perfect for your beach vacation

The condo was perfect. We loved that we could drive into the garage to park. Summer sun is hot. Nice, updated furniture. Complete kitchen. Easy sidewalk walk to the beach. Kids loved all the provided beach equipment.

A little slice of paradise

This was a great little getaway. Anna was very quick to respond with any questions. It was a nice condo and the only complaints are some sugar ants running around and the bed squeaks with the slightest movement. My husband tosses and turns as a general habit, so it would wake me up when he rolled over. But, the bed was very comfortable. A++

84 and loving it

My dad is 84 and mom is 82 and both asked to go to the beach. To my dad beach means St Augustine or Daytona. So of course my husband and I took off and away we went. We’ve always stayed in Daytona but really wanted a change. So glad we choose this unit. It was absolutely perfect 👍. Plenty of room and lots of activities in walking distance. My dads absolute favorite was putt putt right beside the condos and if you are under 3 or over 80 it’s free. 🥰. My dad and mom got a big kick out of that Loved the beach 🥰. No crowds and absolutely beautiful Prefect ❤️❤️❤️

Location Location Location

We love Saint Augustine and stay there often and the best part about this rental is the location. It's on Saint Augustine beach so it's close to a lot of restaurants and obviously the beach. This unit itself is about halfway through the complex so you're close to both the pools they are right outside your door and your probably 500' from the ocean. I have a Jeep that's lifted and another person in the reviews complained that their car didn't fit in the garage but garage but my Jeep fit perfectly fine. And there's a Dunkin And a Publix less than 2 miles from where you're staying.
