Amazing experience. Perfect location in less crowded spot of St. Augustine Beach. The pool table, pool and deck were favorite spots for our family. The walkway to beach is easy and so picturesque. Lots of privacy and places to spread out. We also love the large dining table.

The property and location were awesome. It was above our expectations and plan on going back again. Restaurants were within walking distance and beach walk was a minimum.

Beautiful house!!! We had 10 people and it was a perfect space and just steps to the beach boardwalk. We spent a lot of time in the evenings on the 2nd floor balcony, which was large enough for all of us, plus it has an ocean view! We enjoyed the pool table more than we expected. We would 100% stay here again. Some of Pros that mattered to us: Location, plenty of walkable restaurants. Two washer and dryers! Two master suites. Huge dining room table, enough room for everyone to eat together. Beach towels provided. Minor cons: not all bedrooms have closets or even a place to store clothes. The rooms that had closets didn't have any hangers. The ironing board is meant to be mounted, but isn't, so made it impossible to use.

Great house, great location

We loved the short walk to an uncrowded beach, the pool and hot tub, and the billiards table. Plenty of space on two levels, plus a rooftop deck to watch the sun rise. The Sunset Grille just down the street was a fun place to eat, and the alligator farm/zoo is worth a visit.

Amazing View for an amazing time

Thank you for sharing this beautiful beach house with our family. There was plenty of space for everyone and plenty of linens, kitchen utensils, dishes, cups and everything we needed. The beach access was perfect and everyone enjoyed the pool. It was a wonderful time for us.

Great Beach House Fun in St. Augustine!

We had 10 people (friends and family) celebrate my wife's 60th birthday - everyone enjoyed themselves and were very impressed and happy with this beach house. House is great and right on the beach - everything as advertised! Highly recommended!

Great Beach House

The property was great! The house was well appointed with plenty of space for the 9 of us. We enjoyed the deck and pool area when we weren't at the beach (such a short walk and you are there). The dining table seated 10 and was perfect for puzzle-making. Loved our experience there!

Birthday Getaway

We booked this home to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. This home was perfect for our family! It was exactly like what was advertised. Communication with the owners was great. The beach is right out the backyard. I would recommend this home especially if you have a large group. We would stay here again!
