Ponce Landing 7

  • Este adosado frente al mar tiene excelentes vistas de St. playa de San Agustín. Se encuentra a minutos del centro de St. Agustín, a poca distancia de excelentes restaurantes y entretenimiento.

    La segunda planta dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con vista al océano para ver la salida del sol sin tener que salir de la cama. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas matrimoniales totalmente nuevo y puede alojar a dos (o cuatro, si no les importa compartir!) Hay dos cuartos de baño completo que hacen que sea fácil para todo el mundo para estar listo para salir por la noche o cualquier aventura. Las dos habitaciones tienen su propio balcón privado con vistas a la segunda, una de las piscinas del complejo.

    La primera planta cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con muchos aparatos nuevos. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente alrededor de la mesa. El salón tiene un cómodo mobiliario grande con un buen sofá para dormir la siesta. La primera planta también tiene uno de los cuartos de baño completo y un garaje. El interior de la casa acaba de ser pintado, y ha sido recientemente renovado con un nuevo aire central, y muchos otros muebles nuevos. Todas las sábanas recientemente adquiridos se proporcionan, junto con el cable y conexión, vigilancia, servicio de WIFI. La sala de estar y dormitorio principal están equipados con televisores de pantalla plana.

    El salón de planta baja tiene un patio al aire libre con asientos para disfrutar de su café de la mañana antes de salir a la playa con acceso a la playa privada del complejo. El complejo tiene dos piscinas situadas en la propiedad, una de ellas climatizada. Hay un paseo privado para obtener una amplia playa. Dos calles más es un acceso a la playa para 4 vehículos de doble tracción.

    Usted no encontrará un mejor valor frente al mar en San ¡Agustín!

This well stocked ,clean , comfortable beach front condo has been our choice for 4 consecutive years. The management company is always very attentive and we will continue to make it our fall get-away spot in the future. Beautiful sunrises, easy beach access!

Excellent location

Very nice and clean property. We have stayed here 4 times over the last few years as a quick getaway. Good location and plenty of room for the two of us.

All the benefits of first and second floor condos in one! Loved the garage and full washer & dryer. Loved the view from the very private master balcony. Loved having hoses at both the front and back doors to spray off sand and walk right in. Loved the yard area for our children to play in, and watching the “tortoise and the hare” who made frequent appearances. No buildings nearby were more than three stories tall, so there was even a sunset to watch from the beach. Loved all the history nearby.

Steps to the beach and pools

Perfectly comfortable beach condo. We loved how close we were to the beach. The condo complex is small and everyone was super friendly. We slept so soundly to the sounds of the waves.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse had everything we needed. Right on the beach with a great view from the bedroom balcony. Only 10 minutes from historic St. Augustine. We left the day before hurricane Nicole. I hope the area recovers quickly.

Laundry Letdown

This is a small property for 6 people. The dryer did not work properly and there was a note it only worked on low or medium heat so the owners knew it was an issue. The dryer did not work after a few minutes if there were more than 3 towels in it. I spent every night until midnight trying to get laundry done.

St. Augustine Beach and St. Augustine are the best for summer vacations

This property was very well decorated and comfortable. It was beach friendly with the decor, the flooring and the beach equiptment in the garage. one of the pluses of this property is the attached garage.

Wonderful getaway

Very clean and well stocked. Great location on the beach! A quick walk from back porch to beach chair. We loved our time and hope to return.

Everything as we had hoped.

We were very pleased with property and location. The direct access to beach was fantastic and multiple views available from the unit. The garage was a really unexpected feature that we appreciated. Internet access was good although the streaming access was not available but not really an issue for us. We plan on booking several times per year going forward for quick getaways.

Excellent stay in St Augustine Beach

This townhome was a wonderful place to stay! Great location, very quiet, direct beach access, close to restaurants and easy drive to downtown St Augustine! The townhome came with everything needed plus more than we expected! We loved the balcony and sea breezes. I would highly recommend this place to stay for your St Augustine beach vacation!

Great location, okay townhouse

We've done several VRBO properties on St Augustine beach. This one had definite pros and cons. Overall, it was better than staying in a small hotel room for a family of 4, but our least favorite of the properties we've stayed at. I'll break down the whys: Location: 5/5. I'm not sure you could get a better location, steps to the beach, quiet townhouse, and easily walkable to the pier, mini golf, and all the restaurants. 10 minute drive to downtown, even less to the lighthouse, state park, and gator farm. Location was definitely ideal. Management: 5/5: Super responsive to any needs, quick replies via text, showed up in a flash when we needed them. Great management. The townhouse itself: 3/5? 2/5? The townhouse was definitely a bit older, no master bathroom, some of the outlets didn't work right, stuff like that. On the first morning, our son screamed "RAT!" We thought he was joking until he yelled "it's got a tail!". Well it wasn't a rat, but it *was* a beach mouse. And so we chased it around like crazy people trying to get it out the back door. We failed, and it ran into the love seat, where it appeared to have made a nest. We put the whole love seat on the back porch, and management came and dealt with it very quickly (awesome response time!). There were also ants with uncanny food radar in the kitchen, any crumb on the stove was whisked away post haste. The mattresses/couches could use a refresh, they have definitely seen better days. None of that stopped us from having fun however, and the place was a lot cheaper than the "nicer" properties we had stayed at, so depending on your priorities, it's a fine place to stay if you need the extra space. Garage: What a nice perk! Great place to store our beach stuff, or change for the beach. It was also well stocked with bikes, beach toys, kites, etc. Overall, this place was definitely a mixed bag - It wasn't perfect, but we still had a great weekend.

Family Vacay

This place was amazing. Cozy - close to the boardwalk. Beautiful scenery. Kids had a blast! Look forward to our stay next year.

Well furnished. However, the ice maker did not work. Difficult finding electric outlets.

Wished we had better views of the actual beach from the condo. Pleased with the cleanliness of the beach and the complex.
