Summary:
Deluxe ocean view pool side ground floor condo. This condo features easy access to the pool, grounds and ocean. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. New wood laminate through out. This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

Enjoy the sounds and panoramic views of the sea at this beautiful 2-bedroom beachfront retreat. We are within easy walking distance of a host of restaurants, shops and family entertainment centers with mini golf, playgrounds, etc. Directly next to us is the popular St. Augustine Beach Fishing Pier and Park, which offers frequent concerts and other events including the Farmers Market every Wednesday and the annual Beach Blast Off on New Years Eve. Take home some fresh locally grown produce, baked goods and many other wonderful treats

The open concept living and dining areas are designed for comfort and convenience, with ample seating and large sliding glass doors to maximize the incredible views.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on the patio or inside with family and friends.

Condo nicely furnished, however, master bedroom mattress was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. There is mold on master bedroom bathroom shower curtain (bottom).Stacy not good with communicating on VRBO. I didn’t receive check in information until late morning of arrival - why not send the day before in case you need answers???She never answered questions about parking until we checked in - we didn’t know if we could bring 1,2 or 3 cars.I thought VRBO ap was suppose to make stay easier and IT DID NOT!
