Welcome to Your Home Away from Home! Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is located near Downtown St. Augustine. It is designed for both comfort and fun in mind, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, groups, and pet lovers.

The living room features a large 75" Roku TV with a Klipsch home theater system, perfect for movie nights. Relax on the comfortable sofa and enjoy your steaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and etc (using your own personal accounts). Below the tv, there are plenty of kid and adult games such as Let's Get Deep, UNO, Monopoly, Sequence, Charades for Kids, Game of Life, Jenga, and more! For added fun, the game room (an adapted garage with a mini split A/C) includes a billiard pool table for endless entertainment.

The bedrooms are cozy and spacious are designed to provide a restful night's sleep. with three bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone, plus a sofa bed (queen/full size) for additional guests. Remember the maximum number of guests is 8. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom for your convenience, while the other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom. The master bedroom has a large 55” tv and a large closet room which has a dedicated workspace, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, cooler, children's toys in plastic box, Pack n' Play, iron/ironing board, umbrella, extra pillows, and extra bed linens. The twins bedroom comes with a 32” Roku Smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer located in the game room, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh during your stay.

Step outside into the fenced backyard, a secure area perfect for pets to roam freely. The fire pit and gazebo offer relaxing spaces to unwind after a day of exploring. Plus, you can also enjoy a cookout on the gas grill.

Our home is located less than 3 miles from the Downtown St. Augustine. You'll have easy access to a variety of downtown attractions, including restaurants, breakfast spots, shops, bars, breweries, museums, historical sites, and entertainment options. Explore the nearby beaches, just 7-20 minutes away depending on your chosen destination, and soak up the sun and surf.

Navigating the area is a breeze, whether you're driving or opting for an Uber or Lyft. Enjoy the convenience of quick and affordable rides to nightlife and entertainment venues, with exceptions on special days like the Fourth of July and Nights of Lights.

Whether you're here to delve into the rich history of St. Augustine, relax on the beaches, or enjoy yourself in the lively downtown atmosphere, our home serves as the perfect base for your adventures.

The entire house was clean, stocked up and had many things to keep a family entertained and occupied. Location may kind of turn you off, but it is a safe quaint area. No issues on our end. Would definitely stay there again. Communication with hist was 100% satisfactory. Thank you again for a great stay.

The house was perfect for our family and our dogs. It’s extremely well kept, thoughtfully stocked, and the host was consistently responsive and easy to communicate with. The pool table and dart board were a huge hit, giving us hours of fun during our evenings together.For travelers who appreciate context, it’s helpful to know that St. Augustine—like many historic areas in Florida—has a mix of home styles and ages. The street this home is on, along with the next one over, is lined with newer 2000s‑era houses, while the opposite side includes older homes and some mobile homes. This isn’t a master‑planned or gated community, so there’s natural variety in the surrounding properties.We never felt unsafe at any point, but having this awareness can help set expectations for those unfamiliar with the area. Overall, the home itself and the experience were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great communication and amenities. Everything was within a 10 to 15 minute drive including the beach and outlet mall. If you are staying during December there is even a park and ride just a few minutes away that saves you 40 in parking fees. Highly recommend.

Our host was fast and courteous with all communications. The house was close to downtown (which is what we came for) and interstate. The house was perfect for our two dogs that travel with us. There was a nice park in walking distance from the house that we visited each day with the dogs.

My wife and I have been staying in VRBOs for nearly 30 years coast to coast and Alex and Brittany's property was: 1). Tastefully decorated, 2). Had the most thoroughly equipped and organized kitchen we've ever seen, 3). Was conveniently located to get to either historic downtown or Anastasia Island, 4). Was an outstanding value!!!

Beautiful Home

We had a small trip to celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation. This home was central to everything she wanted to do. It was very nice home with comfortable beds and plenty of space. We enjoyed playing on the pool table and the accessories for anything we could want to do was amazing.

Lovely place!

The home is lovely and very clean!!! My favorite part!! The backyard area and fire pit were quite wonderful and enjoyed thoroughly!! Perfect for our family Christmas trip to enjoy the lights and the Old city. Requires driving through some traffic and parking in large garages to get to Old City but less than 10 min. (Except for NOL trqffic)

Can’t Ask for More

Lovely modern, well appointed home located within easy reach of everything. Beaches galore, restaurants, groceries and shopping all within 10-20 minutes away. All the comforts of home, from dishes to bakeware, comfortable bed and furniture, a nice selection of board games for entertainment, and a couple of large screen TV’s as well. The hosts were great, quick to respond to any questions.
