Summerhouse unit #431 is a totally remodeled, beautifully appointed ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat with direct ocean and pool views. It features an updated, fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and the conveniences you would expect at home. Porcelain hardwood tiles throughout. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an oversized bathroom with beautiful tiled walk-in shower including a standard spray and rain shower. Guest bedroom features two twin beds and a cheery guest bath. Flat screen TV's in both the living room and master bedroom with cable service and high speed internet service. Great place for relaxation and fun in the sun! Weekly and monthly rentals only. No smoking. Pets are prohibited.

The only issue was the new damage insurance and parking fees. I understand there may be issues but wh4en you have a rental that has been coming for over 15 years I feel we have proven ourselves to be good tenants!!!

You can go just out the back door and there is the pool and a little farther is the beach. You are close enough where you don’t have to lug a huge bag or wagon or whatever for everything you can just go back and forth. Which is very convenient when you have kids. The condo was very nice. It was upgraded and had everything we needed.
