Beautiful relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful. We had a great view, friendly neighbors, great pool area. It was a lovely time. The condo was clean and updated. We absolutely will go back again.

Home Away from Home

We had a fantastic time here at this condo. It was everything described in this listing and more!! We have a four year old and a 9 month old and the walk to the beach was super close and we had no problem carrying the children and the sand toys. This complex is very family friendly with a baby pool that both children enjoyed and the grounds are extremely well maintained. The inside of the condo was spotless and believe me, our 9 month old crawler would have found it if it were there! Extremely impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the condo. We highly recommend this home away from home. Can't wait to come back next year!

As advertised;a pleasure to deal with!

We made last minute plans to visit Crescent Beach on Sunday morning the 13th. I contacted Charlotte, and within an hour we had all of the details worked out, and a beautiful place to stay, right on the beach. The condo was spacious and fit us and our 4 children perfectly. The ONLY thing I can say I wish was different, or improved, would be the placement of a handrail on the staircase, as we have a small child. Mark and Charlotte were very easy to deal with and we will rent with them again on our next visit to be sure!

Tropical Storm Debby 2012

In spite of "DEBBY" we had a wonderful stay. We were able to use the pool or beach every day. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The location of this unit can't be beat. We were adjacent to the sunset patio out back and on the front lanai we had a gorgeous ocean view. The Coquina complex is well-maintained and everyone was so friendly. My 1 1/2 year old grandson and I looked for seashells on the beach each morning; watched the sea turtles on the dunes in the afternoon; and looked for geckos on our walk back to the unit from the pool. We have already rebooked for the same week next year!

Fantastic!

We stayed here for a glorious week. The condo was better than our expectations. We found everything about this condo to be better than the pictures depicted. The views from the condo are absolutely beautiful. The condo campus is extremely clean, inviting, well kept, quiet, and inviting. The walk to the beach couldn't have been any easier. It was the shortest walk to the beach we've ever had. There were sea turtles nesting and sunning right along the short walk to the beach! We saw sea turtles come onto the beach from the ocean one day and in the sea oats almost every day. This condo was gorgeous, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were easy to work with, answered all my questions quickly, and were quite helpful. This was a family vacation - my husband, myself, and our 2 college age children. We all found this to be the best condo we've rented in the last 15+ years. Another perk - the uncrowded beach!
