Bonita planta dividida. Decoración Inmaculada! A sólo unos pasos del océano sobre paseo privado! Este desarrollo tuvo recientemente una actualización completa mantenimiento exterior, es decir, los próximos números improbable. Este es un primer 'primera clase' en lugar de un San Área de Agustín casa de playa!

    Interior actualiza con muebles nuevos, cocina nueva, mejorada televisores inteligentes, cable. Wi-Fi de alta velocidad (150MPS +) para el viajero de negocios / placer.

Very good location,quiet and clean right on the beach. Great parking and Dan was a responsive host would definitely recommend this property to others. Perfect location very easy to find and near many local points of interest. We love Vilano Beach thanks Dan we enjoyed our stay.

Very good location, very nice and clean pool.. Access to the beach was great . The condo needed upgrades couches all bar stools were missing feet, unstable to sit on. But very comfortable all supplies needed for cooking was good.. The whole condo needs upgrading besides the two bathrooms, both look like they have been redone and are good., The cabinets were worn out in some are broken. All else was good

Because this is a first-floor unit, we could not see the beach from the porch but it was still perfect for morning coffee! A very comfortable rocking chair was where you'd find me most mornings. The beach was just a short walk away anytime we want to see the ocean.

Our host Dan was great! He was welcoming and addressed questions promptly. The location was great. Close to downtown and walking distance to Publix and several restaurants. Of course the beach access and pool were definitely a plus!

Thank you so much for a wonderful visit to St Augustine! The condo was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. The bathrooms were beautifully updated! The beds were super comfortable! Dan was quick to respond when I got in touch with him. Because of weather we had to stay in the condo more than we had hoped but the internet was great, the choices on the tv were ample and the board games that were available were so much fun! The kitchen could use a couple of simple fixes (some cabinet doors were loose or broken) but it was not a problem for us. We would definitely choose to stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family!

Great place to stay to visit St. Augustine and the beach. The beach is just over the dune, can hear the ocean even with the door/window closed. Beautiful sunrise on the porch with coffee. Nice grassy area for kids to run. Inside we just needed to pick up some of the more fragile decorative items to keep the 2 yo from messing with them. We enjoyed our short winter stay, hopefully to be back in the summer.

Beach view is obstructed because of grass. Blinds in bedroom are closed and could not be raised. Furniture and blinds in living room are old and shabby. Some kitchen cabinets are broken. We did like the master shower. It looks new.

Great place! The dunes are beautiful, and you can hear the ocean all the time. We loved having the option of sitting on the screened-in porch with comfy furniture or outdoors on the patio. First floor but very private and very easy access to the pool and boardwalk. We really appreciated the ample supply of towels including beach towels. Vilano Beach is lovely--still sleepy for now and easy access to St. Augustine.

The location is great! Just steps from a beautiful stretch of beach. You can hear the ocean, but you can't see it from the ground floor condo because of the grasses and dunes. Wonderful sunrises almost make up for that. The condo is clean with many conveniences. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable. It appears that the condo is still being updated since the longterm rental in 2023, as per the VRBO description. Maybe kitchen cabinets and screened-in porch are next. The complex, while older, was very clean and well maintained, including the boardwalk, pool, and parking areas. The owner, Dan, was very available for any questions, which wep appreciated. Wish the price was a little less, but... Overall a stay that deserves 5 stars.

Perfect condo right on the beach

Great place to stay. Location is perfect. Condo has new bathrooms, many towels, as well as beach towels. Very warming place to be. The host was responsive to a few issues that I had with website.

Very nice

Very nice condo directly ocean front in a great location. The sunrises were incredible. Both bathrooms have recently been renovated beautifully and the sleepnumber beds were great.

Wonderful location on the beach. Host was very responsive with our questions. Updating is a necessity. Full bed not Queen. The 10 plug in scenters were overkill. To someone with migraine triggers it would be a nightmare. So many cleaning areas ignored, woodwork, walls, as well as maintenance issues. I would say slapped together for a buck. Sorry I blame VRBO for not overseeing their units that receive bad reviews. VRBO do your job

Week at Vilano

The stay was in a ground floor condo. The building had covered parking, swimming pool, and tennis courts. The oceanside of the condo opened onto a manicured yard that ran up to the main dune. Wonderful sunrises were witnessed through the picture windows. My wife even spotted an armadillo rambling through the yard. The inside had a huge leather sofa. Very comfortable! It also had a Peleton cycle that we did not try. Highlights was the deluge shower in the master bath and a message chair in the secondary bedroom. Kitchen utensils had some limitations. I suggest bringing a frying pan and a tea pitcher if you plan to have breakfasts and ice tea. The owner had good communication and everything was as advertised. We had a good week.

This is a very nice place and a great location. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The location is awesome, just steps from the beach and a short drive to St Augustine.The bathrooms were clean and newly remodeled with really nice showers. The kitchen is small but very adequate. The cabinets are a little cluttery and I would have liked a toaster, but overall it was great. The window screens desperately need replacing and that was my biggest complaint as we wanted to open windows but most of the screens were ripped. The screen door on the porch has no latch and bangs if there is wind.Note for cleaning staff . . . the couches were covered in food crumbs and what looked like pet hair when we arrived so I spent some time cleaning that up.Note for host . . . I stay in a lot of VRBOs and one of the things I really like is space for my stuff that I bring in and just room to settle in. This place is very overdecorated -- we were knocking into stuff and I had to set several things aside so we didn't break anything. Less decor and wall paintings would make it seem bigger and cleaner. The smaller bedroom has way too much furniture for the space and the table in the entry is in the way when bringing in luggage, etc. Also way too many plug-ins had it very over-scented and they are quite toxic (personal opinion- hate those)summary: nice place with a few little things that need a fix-up. Good host and location. Would recommend overall.

We enjoyed our stay. The host is great. Vilano Beach is a hidden Gem. It was lovely to be so close to downtown Vilano with such easy access to Publix and restaurants.

Appearance of condo

Condo needs to be freshened up. Needs repainted inside, all the doors need a good cleaning and painting including new door knobs. You could see the wear and tear and embedded grime. The window shades were old and not all of them pulled up and there was tape at the bottoms of the windows and doors. I would have expected a more fresh up-to-date interior with the amount of money we paid to stay in this unit. We did like that there were 2 bikes to use (however the chains were very rusty) and beach amenities to use, ie. chairs and beach towels. We didn’t expect to have to wash the provided towels and take out the garbage prior to checking out. Overall it was decent with the best part being right on the beach. .

I enjoyed this unit very much. The owner was very nice and helpful. The unit had a beautiful kitchen and was fully stocked. I would definitely stay here again

Family Christmas

We own the condo next door but needed additional space for our whole family for Christmas. It was a perfect arrangement for us. Dan is easy to work with as a host. A wonderful Christmas together!

Quick weekend get away

This is a wonderful property! It is a great location, nice and quiet. We came for a wedding in Jacksonville and it was a short 45 minute drive away. We were able to relax at the beach outside the back door and spent every night on the screened in patio. Definitely will be back!
