Located in the beach front Ocean & Racquet Resort, this unit has an ocean view and is just steps from St. Augustine Beach. This roomy condo includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 in the 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, and queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms and family room have flat screen TVs. This unit has enchanting views from the balcony of the world-famous St. Augustine Beach with chairs so you can relax with your morning coffee and evening beverage. A convenient elevator offers easy access to this third floor property, situated in close proximity to the wooden boardwalk to the beach.
Ocean & Racquet property is located within walking distance to many of St. Augustine Beach's restaurants, bars, shops, putt-putt golf, and grocery stores. Minutes away from historic downtown St. Augustine. Loved the location very close to beach. We went with our adult girls and found the area to be everything that we needed. The little touches throughout made it convenient not to buy all the extra things. Condo was well maintained and around the area was the same. Pool and hot tubs were also enjoyed as a family.

Spring Break 2025

Our family had a fabulous time for spring break. The condo was wonderful…from the start up supplies and sweet treats which were so welcoming, to the ocean views from the balcony. It was perfect and completely fit our needs. Thanks again for making our spring break stay fantastic.

Amazing!!

My husband and I stayed the month of January and we couldn’t have been happier! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I cooked more often than not and was surprised at how many pots/pans, utensils, baking dishes, etc were there. Very well equipped. My husband said the only thing missing for a month stay was his recliner. lol. It was very quiet and the few people we did see were really friendly. It was a short walk to the beach and there is a nice view from the balcony. The beach chairs were also nice to have. We would love to return & I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect place at the beach

Rob and Jane were communicative. The property is clean, well kept, and well appointed. It was a short walk to the beach which was pretty private so it was nice for relaxing. I will definitely would stay in this property again.

Great experience!

We were very pleased with everything! Clean accommodations, thoughtful amenities and a cute little snack pack upon our late arrival. Our hosts were quick to answer any questions prior to arrival and even reimbursed us for our parking pass. No surprise fees either! I highly recommend!
