You'll know you've arrived in paradise when you see the wall of sliding glass doors framing magnificent views of the beach and the community pool. Floor-to-ceiling mirrors keeps the living area bright and open, while elegant cherry wood furnishings allow you to kick back as you read a book or watch a show on the widescreen TV (complete with a Blu-ray player and surround sound system). Head out to the balcony, where you'll find plush wicker gliders and views of the uncrowded beach, the shell-scattered seashore, and colorful sunrises and sunsets.

We enjoyed our stay. Clear communication. Quick to respond to questions. Kitchen was very well stocked with kitchen tools. Plenty of towels and blankets. Beautiful view of the sunrise from the deck. Easy access to the beach. Thank you!

Toilets could be cleaned better. Replace sliding doors with real doors. Sliding door handle to deck missing. More pillows in master bedroom ( only 2 with cases). Need TV upgrades.

2024 Spring Break

We stayed over spring break. The location was perfect! Close enough to the Ancient City but far enough away, too. The beach was beautiful and the view of the ocean from the condo was wonderful.

We enjoyed our week here. Beautiful beach, very clean condo, and very relaxing. Liked being a short drive from St.Augustine to do tourist stuff, but could really relax at our unit.

Wonderful place to stay!

We spent a wonderful week in this unit. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing! The unit has everything you need and more and is located in a great spot. I loved the keyless entry as I didn’t have to worry about looking for my key all the time. We loved it so much we are going to make this an annual vacation.

This place was awesome and we would definitely stay there again. Easy access to St Augustine to the North and Flagler Beach and Daytona to the South. Also there are several really neat parks to visit nearby, Washington Oaks Garden State Park and Matanza National Park. And the beaches here are perfect and easy to walk on because they are more firm than the beaches in the Gulf area.

Would come back in a heart beat!!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The fall time is not as hectic in the area and allowed for some needed down time. Crescent beach is on the end of the island hosting St. Augustine Beach, Anastasia, and one other small section. Traffic is almost non-existent. Grocery store is about 14 miles north, but a convenient store is just up the road about 2 miles. For the condo we had a great view as well as a very short walk to the beach. One of the other owners said this property is the 4th closest to the beach. We've stayed at others where the walk is about 400-500 yds. This is roughly 50 yds. We did have an issue with an electrical breaker one evening, but an electrician came the next day and did a workaround until the management company could schedule a permanent fix. We also visited a couple parks south of Crescent. We found one State Park named Washington Oaks below Marineland. Wow, we had no idea this gem was essentially in the middle of no where. The beach is great for long walks. Basically one could walk two miles south or 16 miles north. Good packed sand for bike rides or running. The main road also has a sidewalk for those who love the sound of cars instead of waves. BTW, the chairs on the porch were comfy and the view of the beach is great. Enjoy!!!

Beautiful condo and beach

Loved this condo with the pool and beach so close! Beautiful white beach that was not overcrowded. Sleeping was better suited for 4 people with adult sized teens (two slept on the couches for the week). The beds were comfy (I’m a picky mattress person). Overall, we loved it. For our family we will look for a 3 bedroom next time though.

Great stay for Spring Break

Great place, super close to the beach. The unit is in great shape and has amazing views of the beach. The pool is just steps from the beach. Pool area is nice as well, it was great to have the bigger pool and the small kiddie pool. Very convenient!!

Beautiful Condo

This is a really beautiful little condo and was perfect for my sister-in-law and I. The unit is well decorated and clean. There is one bathroom on the main floor and there are two big bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The view from the balcony on the first floor is just fabulous and the glider chairs are wonderful for relaxing in the late afternoon and watching the sun come up in the morning. The unit was well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap and cleaners. If you like bar soap you should bring that with you but there is hand soap in both bathrooms. I highly recommend this unit for two people traveling together or for a family traveling with small children. I would love to come back sometime with my husband.

Great Condo!

My husband and I stayed at Marisa's condo last week, and it was a great condo in a beautiful location. As soon as you walk through the front door you see the Atlantic Ocean right in front of you. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view. St. Augustine is a lovely city with lots to see. Would recommend the tour of Flagler College and the LIghtner Museum.

I did not like having to go downstairs to do laundry and also pay for it. The king size bed mattress had a hump in the middle. Was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Awesome Vacation!

The location was away from everything and was was nice and quite and it was only a short drive from downtown which made it perfect for relaxing and taking it easy and very convenient when wanting to go do something in town. The property was clean and well taken care of and all accommodations were taken care of there wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t there. This was a perfect vacation spot and now that we’re home we’re sad that we’re not still there we definitely could have stayed a few more weeks!

Overall it was a good experience. There were a few cleaning issues like sand on the dining room table and on the end table in the living room as well as the floor. There are also two wall receptacle that are not covered which could be child hazards. At least two lights also did not work, one in the living room and the one on the balcony. The upstairs bathroom shower head is very old, rusty and in need of replacement. The unit could have been a little cleaner also. Although I mentions several items none were pressing as to call anyone about it as we only slept there and spent no other time in the unit during our visit. The location was perfect for beach access and also the views from boh floors to the beach, ocean, sunset and sunrise are perfect.

Excellent two level, two bedroom condo in a unique low density complex RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Add personal service from from a caring, local facilitator, lots of seafood and many golf courses, and you have the perfect combination for a winter/spring/summer/fall holiday.

What you see is what you get but better.

This condo is as advertised and the pictures are very accurate. . It is light and airy and beachy and best of all CLEAN!!!!! Crescent Beach is just the right amount of busy . There are just he right amount of people to chat with and get to know. This is a small condo almost has a boutique feel. We got to know several of the other people staying for the week. What fun!!!! If you would rather just be alone though that works too. Perfect for everyone. Marissa was very easy to work with and provided us with many tips with places to eat and places to go. She has lived in the condos she rents. That is a bonus for sure. She knows what she is talking about. If you have a problem while there she is quick to respond. No worries . Marissa has your back. Don't hesitate to book this condo. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did, but I hope you don't want it the same week that we do...

Wonderful escape!

This condo has terrific views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Marisa made the booking process very simple. It's a quick drive to St. Augustine from Crescent Beach and not too far from Daytona Beach. The only negative would be for physically challenged guests -- there is no elevator to the second floor entrance the bedrooms require another flight of stairs. There's no washer/dryer in the condo but there is a public laundry room on the property. We loved it and hope to be back soon!
