The Space:

Make your way up onto the sunny front patio with bistro set ready for you to soak in the Florida weather each morning. Check yourself in and be greeted with bright, sun-filled rooms designed and styled with your comfort in mind along with everything you could need for a relaxing stay.



Gather together in the inviting living area on the plush couch while you keep entertained on the big screen with access to all your favorite streaming apps, including Fubo TV with all the top cable channels – the living area can also be used as an additional sleeping space with a sofa bed for two guests.



Step through into the beautiful, modern kitchen that comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you could need. The kitchen features a coffee machine to get you day started right, a large breakfast bar and sleek stone benchtops for prepping all your family favorites.



Eat together at the stylish dining table set for your entire group or grab a bite to eat from Safe Harbor, right around the corner.



On the second floor, there are three generous bedrooms each offering comfortable beds topped in quality linen along with wall mounted Smart TVs and plenty of space to unpack and make yourself at home.



The master bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed with its own sparkling ensuite, including spacious walk in shower and relaxing soaking tub. Bedroom two is filled with a queen bed and bedroom three with two twin beds making it perfect for families.



The two bedrooms share the central bathroom that comes stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft fluffy towels. You’ll also have access to the laundry with a washing machine and dryer so you can pack light and wash on the go. The office completes the upstairs space for any remote work needed to be done.



On a sunny day, step out out back to for an afternoon gathering at the outdoor dining table while enjoying a cornhole playoff match! Or spend some time in the covered garage for a game of darts or table tennis. Fun for all ages!

Guests have private access to the entire house, private backyard with pool and fire pit, one-car garage, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee for their first morning and access to a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.
