Beautifully appointed and located on Crescent Beach, the premiere feature of Beachfront Paradise is the VIEW of the Atlantic Ocean which greets you when you walk in the door and can be enjoyed all day long from the living area and kitchen, master bedroom and balcony! Watch the sunrise over the ocean in the comfort of your own bedroom or private balcony, or step out your front door to a sunset view sitting area. Take a swim in the oceanfront pool and enjoy the expansive beach which is just steps from the unit where you can enjoy the natural dunes, wildlife, surf, and wide spaces to walk, play, or just relax in the sun with family and friends.
Beachfront Paradise is a two level condo with a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, living room, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and balcony on the first floor. The two bedrooms and additional full bathroom are located upstairs. Both the Ocean View Master, furnished with a king-sized bed, and the guest bedroom, furnished with a queen-sized bed and a twin bunk bed, are outfitted with crisp white linens. Bathrooms are supplied with starter amenities and soft white towels.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
