St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort in the heart of St. Augustine Beach has 24 hour gated security, two pools (one heated), 4 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts, 5 courtyard jacuzzis, and two boardwalks to the beach access. No need to drive anywhere! You can park your car and enjoy the beach, pool, and tennis, or walk next door to Santiago's or to any other of the numerous restaurants. You can even take a golf cart shuttle over to Salt Life Restaurant right across from St. John's Ocean Pier where you can take in a concert or sunset from the pier. There is also a Trolley stop nearby that will take you to all the points of interest in The Old City just a few miles away!



    This cozy and tastefully decorated condo #8208 is conveniently located near the beach access, as well as the tennis courts and pool. Relax with comfortable furnishings in the living area which features plenty of seating, dining table for six, and large-screened TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and outfitted with new stainless appliances for you to cook "at home" if you so choose. The King master bedroom is outfitted for comfortable sleeping, the second bedroom is great for kids with two twin beds, and a queen pullout sofa provides additional sleeping space. This unit comes with beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels.

    Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.

Perfect relaxed getaway

Everything was just as needed it for a relaxed getaway as our family. We enjoyed the apartment. Our son joined us from his Florida college, and we travelled from NC with our 8-year-old daughter and our special needs 15-year-old son. The calm and ease of everything was just as we needed. The weather and facilities were perfect for some relaxing pool and beach days with easy access to great restaurants and a short drive to the beautiful St Augustine.

Excellent accommodations and service from itrip

We love working with iTrip for our time in Florida. They are very accommodating.. if there is ever a problem with the unit they are right there to fix it. They are also very responsive to our questions and out needs.

Very comfortable condo

The condo was very comfortable, clean, with well supplied kitchen. The location was perfect for us. Only steps to the beach and short walks to local restaurants. The host kept us informed throughout our stay and was easy to communicate with. Looking forward to staying at the condo again on our next trip to St. Augustine Beach.

Overall we had a fantastic stay! The condo is in wonderful shape. We greatly appreciated how clean the unit was, how responsive the host/property management company was with any questions or issues, the numerous supplies included (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, beach gear), the free daily attraction offers. The unit is stocked thoughtfully well with enough bath towels, beach towels, linens. The heated pool was actually warm enough to swim in. I would happily return to this unit when we come back to St. Augustine. My only complaint would be we received a knock on the door from security regarding our beach towels hanging to dry on the balcony and we did not see any rules regarding this anywhere. Otherwise, everything about the unit and the property was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot

Great spot close to the beach. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the gourmet coffee and used the free ice cream coupons. Beach chairs and umbrellas could use an upgrade but we were happy to have some available.

Relax and enjoy!

This property was perfectly located without being overwhelmed by high traffic hotels in the surrounding areas. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Publix is very close by to get your essentials needed to enjoy the beach. The host is in constant contact for any needs that might arise. Enjoyed our stay and the area.

The condo unit was perfect for a family of 4. It was clean and close to the beach. The manager was very responsive. I would stay in this unit again.

Lovely Experience

We took full advantage of almost all the amenities and met some of the permanent residents. Everyone was so kind, the view was amazing and the location was perfect. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

Great Beach Stay

Our unit was very clean upon arrival. Great location and a quick walk to the beach. The unit was supplied with beach chairs, umbrella, and some toys for the kids. We had an issue with the sink but they were able to send someone out the same day (on a holiday)! Would stay here again for sure!

Great stay

Party of 5 - unit is snug but was perfect for our family. Only one issue and as soon as I notified the company, it was fixed. This unit is in a great location with easy walk to the beach. Could walk to several local diners as well. Would recommend to others and will look into staying here again in the future.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was great: access to the beach, parking, the hot tub, etc. The condo looked exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. I appreciated the communication about what supplies were provided, so I could plan accordingly. St. Augustine city and beach were wonderful and we hope to return to stay here again.

Great Family Getaway

Great beachside condo and very family friendly. Condo nicely decorated, kitchen fully stocked and has beach chairs, umbrella and toys. 1 min walk to beach and nice beach view from balcony. Good size condo for 2 adults/2 teens. 10 mins to historic district and freat restaurants. Property managers are fantastic and responsive. Will go back!

Excellent location for a family!

So loved our stay in St Augustine. Low crowd, and quiet property made the trip even better. Very spacious unit, newly updated, and washer/dryer in the unit was so nice to have! Both the pools and hot tubs were very clean and never crowded during our stay. We appreciate the gated beach access with showers at the entrance. The extra beach towels in the unit came in handy as well. Hope to stay again soon!

Last minute retreat!

Booked this property literally at the last minute and we are so glad we found this gem! Steps to the beautiful beach. 2 amazing pools. The property was well stocked and clean. Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location and will definitely be returning to St Augustine and to this condo. The communication was excellent as well. Nothing but positives on this one! Thanks for allowing us an opportunity to step back and breathe for a few minutes. THIS is what a vacation should always feel like.
