Spectacular Oceanfront Views ~ Olympic Sized Heated Oceanfront Pool

Take in the spectacular views of Crescent Beach from your balcony. This up-to-date one bedroom one bath condo is on the second of four floors in one of our most requested rental complexes. This is a pet friendly vacation rental. There are plenty of amenities included to make your condo stay feel more like home. We have a stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, cookware, televisions, WiFi, Ironing Board, and more.

From your room, you’re less than 100 steps to the ocean, with the pool in between. There are beach area showers, so you can spray off that excess sugar white sand on your way back into your condo rental.
Lookout to the ocean while swimming in the biggest oceanfront pool on Crescent Beach. This one bedroom condo has a fantastic view from the living room, kitchen, and private oceanfront balcony. Coffee at sunrise, dolphins on the horizon, squadrons of pelicans swooping in for fish….this is why you come to the beach.
Popular local surf spot, great restaurants within walking distance, convenience store just across the street, surf station, beach police station. Boat ramp & bait shop also close by. Free Wi-Fi during your stay!

There is onsite laundry facilities, ice dispensers, soda and snack machines. Large parking lot with free parking! Elevators to assist in getting all that luggage up to your room.

Fabulous accommodations and a great host. The condo was meticulously clean and the location is close enough to the old city, but far enough away to enjoy the pace and quite of the beach. Perfect for a get away for two people.

This is a very small unit, comfortable for 2. Beautiful view from the balcony. Convenient to downtown St. Augustine.The numbers on the entry key pad are very difficult to see and read. The 2 a/c units keep the cool.

Nice view was the only accurate description

The view was lovely, the beach was lovely and the location was good. The condo was, however, not “up to date”. It was dated, felt old and worn out, smudges on most of the walls, couch smelled like dog and the towels smelled sour. The layout was also extremely awkward. The bedroom was not large enough for a king sized bed. My husband had to turn sideways and crab walk between the dresser and the foot of the bed to get to the other side of the room. Honestly, I felt a little claustrophobic and I never feel that way. Definitely wouldn’t rent this property again.

We had a great view. The owners need to repair and update the condo. The TV didn’t work in living room, living room furniture was very uncomfortable. We had trouble with shower curtain falling off the wall, so a new one was installed but it kept sliding down the wall. The refrigerator was leaking water from the freezer leaving water on the inside shelves.
