Welcome to Lakeside Studio, where you can enjoy views of Maria Sanchez Lake. This centrally-located gem offers easy access to all that St. Augustine has to offer. Located on the second floor, this charming studio cottage in Historic Downtown St. Augustine includes a cozy balcony that overlooks the serene lake. Make the most of the provided bikes and embark on a leisurely ride to downtown, where you`ll discover an array of local shops and restaurants. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away!

Venture upstairs to your Lakeside Studio, where the welcoming balcony beckons you from the moment you arrive. Upon entering through the front door, you`ll discover a quaint kitchen and an inviting coffee bar that seamlessly transitions into a comfortable living space. This area boasts a generous king-sized bed, cozy lounging couches, and a well-appointed full bathroom. Whether you prefer a casual meal at the two-person breakfast bar or opt for the table near the charming reading nook, you`ll find the perfect setting to enjoy your dining moments.

Kitchenette provide practical amenities such as a toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, a thoughtfully arranged coffee station, and a functional sink area to cater to your culinary needs. Please note: oven or dishwasher is not available with this unit. Adding to your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the unit, ensuring that your stay is both comfortable and hassle-free. Your Lakeside Studio offers a delightful and functional retreat for your getaway.

Pet Policy - We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dog`s alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $175 1 or 2 dogs up to 40lbs. for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.

We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Perfect place!

This little place was perfect! Its actually located on the end of St George Street. My partner and I walked the whole time. Never used the bikes. It is a little bit of a walk...but, loved every minute of a much needed vacation. Thank you for letting us into your home.

Great Views and Convenient

This property is exactly how it shows in the pictures. Its across the street from a small lake and it's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It's an easy walk to downtown and most of the places to go for sightseeing.

St. Augustine Stay

Property was conveniently located and very clean. It was in my opinion a little bit too far to walk to the main downtown area but not a big concern as parking was available once we got there. As far as the stay itself… my husband and myself were there for 4 nights and there was only 4 pods of coffee so we had to go buy coffee along with a bar of soap for the shower as it wasn’t provided. Not a big thing just inconvenient. One thing I would suggest is to upgrade the TV. It’s very small for the size of the room and you can’t read the guide on it without getting up to see it.

Comfortable, large apartment with a lovely view

When I arrived, anything I needed for the stay was supplied. There are windows on two sides and the front door has a window and then there is the deck that overlooks the lake. So, there is so much light into the apartment. Very calm and quiet, yet close to downtown. You can take beautiful walks along the lake which is right outside your door.

Perfect Little Gem!!

We loved everything about this place. Lauren was an amazing host who answered any questions we had quickly. The place was perfect for my husband and I and our little fur baby! The place had everything you could need and was very clean. The view was wonderful and the location allowed us to walk downtown! Perfect little Gem!!

Loved this Place!

The loft is exactly as shown & described. Clean comfortable & close to the Historic District & the Bay. Being right on the lake is fantastic & the neighborhood is very beautiful and quiet. The interior is well appointed and well stocked. The bed is super comfortable. There's a great little deck to sit on and relax. The property host is very responsive and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this property and will be returning soon!

Lakeside Studio excellence

This studio was spot on! Beautiful spot. Home neighborhood and old city were wonderful. Studio is exactly as shown. Communication was easy with host. Quiet and very relaxing. Close to historic district and water. Comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Pet friendly so our baby could go with us.

Great get away

Everything was as it was explained or showed in the listing and the location to everything we did was very good. Not a walkable distance for us but for some it could be. We would have utilized the provided bikes had it not rained the rest of the weekend. We had a great time in St Augustine, even with the rain, and already planning a trip back!

Great Place Close to Everything

Absolutely perfect for someone traveling alone or with someone else. Very clean and cozy. Nice view of Lake Sanchez and within walking distance to old town and the bay front. Highly recommend.
