  • Experience island living with a phenomenal ocean view from the top deck and convenient, walk-out pool access just 25ft from your back door. This beautifully remodeled, ground-floor rental is one of but a few on Crescent Beach that features such a phenomenal beach view. While other complexes are separated from the beach by a large expanse of tall dunes and long boardwalks, this complex sits just seven steps from the beach off the pool deck. Guests of this rental will also enjoy a full kitchen, furnished deck, and access to a shared pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, BBQ area, and much more.

    Less than two miles south, hop on the free boat and pay a visit to the Fort Matanzas National Monument. Drive 14 miles north into the heart of St. Augustine, the oldest city in the United States, and discover multiple restaurants, shops, museums, and additional historic sites including the world famous Castillo de San Marcos National Monument. Take a spooky, late-night ghost tour, tour the St. Augustine Distillery, or head out on the water aboard a sunset cruise.

The walk to the beach and pool were great. There was a beach access that was closed so that would have made it even closer. We enjoyed our time!

Thoroughly enjoyed our week - condo is well furnished, clean and the location downstairs so close to the beach is amazing - management was immediately responsive when called for a small problem - will definitely stay there again!

Great location, great condos!

This condo is amazing! Well equipped, right on the beach, you can hear the waves from every room! The location is perfect for walking the beach, golf is easily accessible, restaurants close by and hiking in a few parks. We loved our stay!

Spectacular ocean view. Steps from the beach.Close to some great resturants.

Great unit the beds were comfy, plenty of beach and bath towels. Newer appliances, great kitchen for cooking. The pool and the beautiful beach is just steps away. We will definitely be back as this condo will be our favorite vacation spot!

Gorgeous

The condo is in a perfect location for sunrises and quick access for a dip in the pool. This is the place for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo is comfortable and nicely decorated. It has a washer/dryer and a well equipped kitchen.

Beach week

Needed a getaway week and this rental really worked. Loved watching the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio. Great access to the beach and pool. Quiet and clean.

Good time of year, good location. Minutes to St Augustine , good time to visit because tourist population was reduced from summer . Condo far enough away to provide very relaxed vacation. Steps to pool and beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Vacation

We had the best vacation. This was our first time staying at Crescent Sandpiper. LOVED IT! The location was perfect. Unit was clean and inviting. We can't wait to go back! Thank you Marissa for the easy rental process.

Beautiful "Old Florida" style vacation

This was the perfect place for our family to experience Crescent Beach and St. Augustine for the first time. The Condo was laid out perfectly. The ground floor is nice and the proximity to the pool and the beach was very convenient. This place and the area definately had that "Old Florida" style to it.

Great location--you couldn't get any closer to the beach. Family had a great vaca.

Very nice condo, with room for six. Great location in Crescent Beach and the beach was right outside the patio doors. Lyndsee (property mgmt contact) was helpful and responsive to all our needs/questions. This area was peaceful and quiet and our family had a wonderful time.

Absolutely wonderful! We enjoyed every moment. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, pool was literally 6 feet from our door. Beach access was spectacular. Marissa was a real gem to work with!

Great family stay!

We stay at Sandpiper or Coquina next door every summer with our family and we have stayed in several units. We love the ground level units and that sandpiper units usually have a washer in unit, that’s a big plus! We always love our stay here. Great location and we always have a blast! This was a nice unit… well maintained and stocked… right by pool and AC worked great too!

Lovely first floor condo with everything

This condo was great. The kitchen had everything you'd need and then some. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. Bathrooms have been recently renovated. We have two young children and will certainly be back next year. Both the pool and beach are great too!

Best family vacation spot yet!!

We enjoyed this vacation so much! Our condo was fully equipped and very clean. The location was very convenient with toddlers to the beach and pool! We have already booked next years stay!! Thank you Marissa for being so helpful !!!

Perfect for a family with teenagers!

This was our first time renting at Crescent Sandpiper and we will definitely do it again! The condo was lovely, clean and easy to settle right in. It's the perfect location, just steps away from the beach. The girls were on the beach (which is never crowded) every day, all day. It was a great vacation spot because you can be busy with nearby shopping & historic sites, or just laze around and enjoy the sun & surf. We loved it!

Breathtaking Ocean view - steps to the beach

Beautiful peaceful ocean view. Comfy furniture, beds, generous towels & linens. high speed internet, tv in every room, Well equipped kitchen & remodeled bathrooms. Lots to see & do - Lightner museum,(they are having a Downton Abbey costume exhibit in October!) Anastasia island park, Washington Oaks Park, Caps on the water & the Purple Olive restaurants / yum!

Super condo in Crescent Beach, Fl.

The condo had everything one would need...The location to the swimming pool and beach is the best...The view of the ocean from the condo is second to none. Marisa was excellent to work with concerning the rental of this unit. We will be back in the near future....
