    Please note that the pool is solar heated and depends on the amount of sunlight that the solar panels are exposed to. It can be very chilly in the winter months, usually only about 10 degrees warmer then the pool would be without a heater

    ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
    We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If we find an unauthorized pet in the house, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.

    ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
    Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

    ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★
    We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

This home is on a quiet dead end street about a 5 minute drive to the beach. The enclosed lanai is perfect with seating, a fan and TV. Pool was very nice- warm even in March. Easy to communicate with owner. Everything you need is a short distance away St Augustine is full of history, great restaurants and white sand beachesWould definitely recommend

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war herrlich. Außerdem haben wir es genossen, dass man den Strand zu Fuß erreichen kann. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und vermissen es jetzt schon.

Wonderful Place!

The house was very clean and comfortable. They thought of all the extras and had great recommendations for local places to try for food and coffee. The pool was wonderful and was used daily by the kids!

The place was amazing! The location is ideal, private but close to the beach. The house has everything you could need. I had so much family asking for the link after we left because we all loved it so much! Would definitely love to come back!

Loved this property...very private, great location with easy beach access and visits to historic St Augustine shopping and restaurants. With 2 young grand children joining us the pool and fenced yard were a HUGE plus! Definitely would stay here again. Would suggest some decking boards be replaced at the outside shower. Thanks!

Excellent private location

Very well cared for cute home. We spent the majority of our time on the screened In Linai. Close to beach and restaurants. Everything was exactly like being in your own home away from home.

Lovely

Cozy, warm and inviting. Comfortable beds. Slept great. It was a little too chilly to swim but we had a great campfire and roasted marshmallows.

This house has all the beach island vibes! It is so cute!! The porch is amazing and huge! Beds were very comfy which is a win. The pool and backyard were amazing! Would love to come back!

The property was nicely updated and renovated. The pool was clean and great to relax after along day at the beach. There is easy access to the beaches if you want to walk or drive. Overall just a. Nice private home to relax at
