Seaside Retreat is located a block away from St Augustine Beach. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath vacation rental. Beautiful lanai, pool on site, walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

The Space:
Seaside Retreat is a great Condo for a vacation at the Beach and entertainment at downtown St. Augustine! Just a block away is the beautiful St Augustine Beach and the pier. Famous restaurants, cafes, shops and umbrella rentals are steps away. 7min drive to Alligator Farm and 10min to historical downtown.
Nice and relaxing spacious Condo which has a Master Bedroom and two Queen Bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need during your stay, with a full laundry room too! Relax on the screened in lanai that overlooks the pond and pool area.

The property is very pretty; safe and gated. However, the unit is not nearly as well stocked as the description depicts. All the beds have very stiff thin quilts, and there is only one extra blanket in the entire unit. The kitchen overhead light was out, too dark to be able to cook. Communication with property management was terrible, and the issue never got resolved. The website says a heated pool, but beware, it's not very warm. And they didn't clean the pool the entire week. It was absolutely filthy. It's a very nice property overall, but a little disappointing.

We stayed at the property two weekends in a row. After our first weekend stay, we mentioned things that needed to be addressed through email to the property management team and it was not addressed. The freezer door was completely frozen over with ice so the ice maker was inoperable as well as there being mold in that area that needed to be cleaned. Some of the tv remotes had dead batteries so there was no way to watch the TV and change the channel. Also, there were multiple lights throughout the condo especially in the dining area that had blown bulbs that needed to be replaced. We have stayed at multiple different condos at this location and have never had an issue until this time, especially with the property management group not fixing the issues and ignoring them.

St Augustine

This was our first time in St Augustine to meet up with family in a planned family reunion. The stay was complicated due to air conditioning malfunction. Our Host was amazing, supportive and attentive and we ultimately moved to a new place. All was beautiful- the apartment was beautiful and perfect with everything one could need. Wonderful location near beach with beach chairs available. We loved our stay in St Augustine.

Nice place at a beautiful beach

We loved the short walk to the beach. The house came equipped with some beach stuff (including an umbrella). We did have a minor problem on check in and the project management company took good care of us and were responsive. Overall it was a great place and we'd be happy to stay there again.

St Augustine to kick off Spring

I frequent St Augustine in March and April. I usually stay in a different complex. This time with friends decided to try somewhere new. The property is well kept and inviting. The pool is kindof small for the complex. This early in the year, its not so great for kids bc the snow birds are still present. They talked about the pool temp being cool when it's suppose to be warmed/heated. Everyone was nice.The condo was large! 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. I dont think there was enough wash clothes for the unit (only 4 wash clothes). There are 4 chairs and umbrella and wagon that is supplied by the condo. 2 chairs weren't very good at all. If you are particular when it comes to your beach chair, id just bring your own. The patio was nice to lounge on. Especially bc the air temps were lower. Mid trip we noticed the heat pump not cooling, but due to the lower temperatures outside we managed. Until the last night and it was uncomfortable temperature wise. I informed the leasing office of the issue so it could be fixed for the next tenants. I have a yukon xl and the parking spot for this unit is parallel the a set of garages. It made it difficult getting in and out. I parked in guest parking some too so it was a tad easier. Backing in helped too.There are several restaurants within walking distance which is awesome after driving almost 10 hours down. We did venture out in the car some too. The beach access is great! Nice little walk. Great time!Would definitely stay here again.

The condo, 205E was in the perfect location. Everything was clean, and the decorations suited the condo perfectly. We didn't cook, but it appeared that there was plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. It is in a gated community and very quiet. We walked everywhere and there were many restaurants to choose from. We only had 3 nights, so we didn't tour as much as we would have liked. Definitely try the calamari at the Beachcomber (A1A at A St.) and the oysters at Salt Life Food Shack on the A1A. We will definitely book this place again, for a week or longer!

Great Time, Great Host

We had a wonderful time in St. Augustine thanks to our hosts. The location was perfect 10 mins from everything. The host provided recreational equipment, and had everything we needed which added to the enjoyment of our stay, the place was clean, well kept and well decorated, place is quiet but min walk to great restaurants and pubs. The host also provided a list of places to visit including other recommended beaches to enjoy. We hope to repeat this experience one day!

St Augustine

I loved this location and found the place to be clean, organized, and comfortable. The location was premium in that it was across from the beach, 10 minutes from downtown, close to a bus stop, and close to several good restaurants. I did experience a few glitches. For example, when we arrived and tried the code, it did not work so we couldn't get into the condo. I called the number but no one answered so I left a message. Someone called me back about 10 minutes later and said that she had changed the code and then gotten a flat tire and forgot to let me know the new code. We also were not given the front gate code and the close the gates at 5 so you need the code to get back in. I again called and did not hear back so I emailed the owner and immediately heard back. Finally, the AC stopped working so I called again; they did get someone up to fix it that day. The rest of the time, we enjoyed our visit and loved the relaxation!

Amazing

We enjoyed our stay at this condo which was so clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Perfect location close to beach, restaurants, and shops. A lot to see and do in this area including numerous attractions nearby. We spent a couple of days in the Historic District. Would highly recommend the trolley which provides the history of St Augustine along the route.

Weekends Getaway

Girls trip 2023

The condo was nice and decorated in a beach theme. There was a slight musty smell as you entered the condo. The pool was closed 2 and 1/2 days during our stay but the beach is a short walk across the street. We were a bit confused with the gate entry code upon arrival but figured it out. The walking gate to the whole complex actually did not lock and a code did not need to be entered. Overall all of us liked the condo and the location was very good. Everything we needed was within walking distance.

Condo was great but unfortunately when we never told the pool was closed!

The condo and the property were great. Unfortunately the day we arrived we noticed the pool was closed. With four teenagers this was pretty upsetting. We were never told it was closed until I called to ask. No accommodations were offered. I had asked to see if we could possibly get a pool pass to another facility, but no one ever responded. No compensation of any sort was offered and the pool was closed our entire four day stay. So if the pool is important to you and your family after a long hot day at the beach, I would not recommend this facility.
