THE SKINNY: Welcome to your luxurious beach retreat in the heart of St. Augustine Beach! This stunning, newer-construction (2018) ocean-view home spans three stories and 3,089 sq. ft., with an additional 1,800 sq. ft. of covered patios and balconies - perfect for soaking in ocean breezes, sunrises, and sunsets. Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept layout filled with natural light, coastal finishes, and upscale touches throughout. The expansive great room boasts vaulted ceilings, oversized sofas, an electric fireplace, and ocean glimpses from every angle, while the fully stocked chef’s kitchen includes granite countertops, a gas cooktop island, high-end appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed for effortless entertaining. Designed with gatherings in mind, the home also features a saltwater pool (can be heated for a fee, please inquire), game room with foosball and ping pong, five inviting balconies, and multiple indoor and outdoor dining spaces. With safe, direct beach access just 200 steps away - no busy roads to cross - and only 4.5 miles to the historic charm of downtown St. Augustine, this is a getaway that offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal luxury.

THE PROXIMITY:
- Beach days are just steps away - literally! The public beach access is located at the end of the block, making it easy to stroll down with your towel and sunscreen in hand. No long drives or complicated parking - just quick and simple access to the sand and surf. For those with 4-wheel drive, you can also drive onto the beach a few blocks away at the A Street access! If you're looking to explore the beaches a bit more, the Mary Street access is about 10 minutes away. and Matanzas Inlet is only about 20 minutes south and offers additional beach access, beautiful views, and calm tidal pools perfect for relaxing or shell hunting.
- You're in prime St. Augustine beach! Enjoy mini-golf, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and the Wednesday morning farmers market at the St. Augustine pier, plus pier fishing!
- The property is only 4.5 miles to historic downtown St. Augustine, with quick access to top-rated restaurants, shops, attractions and museums.

THE SPACE: This beautifully built three-story beachfront home blends modern comfort with every comfort and amenity, a stunning pool and ocean views. The open-concept layout features a fully updated kitchen with a center island - perfect for entertaining or sharing a meal, and adjacent to the dining and living space. On the 2nd floor, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite includes its own full bath and balcony, while the second and third bedrooms are perfect for guests or family. The first floor flex room with murphy bed makes the space especially easy to spread out in. With three full bathrooms and a convenient half bath, this home makes it easy to accommodate your group. Includes a full laundry room. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit. Whether you're here to unwind, work remotely, or explore the coast, this condo offers a perfect mix of relaxation and functionality - all just steps from the beach.

OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for the length of your stay. Linens and towels are included.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. You can walk just 200 steps to the end of the street to the beach! If you have 4 wheel drive, you can drive on directly at Mary Street!

*SECURITY DEPOSIT: Per the listing, we will charge the card on file for the listing's Security Deposit of $1000 on the day of check-in. The funds will be released 7 days after checkout if no damage is present upon your departure. In addition, a $199 non-refundable incidentals fee will be added to each reservation. *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your security deposit is not the maximum amount you are responsible in the event of damage. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including both indoor and outdoor living spaces. Guests may not park cars in the garage.

The Neighborhood:
The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! This neighborhood is very safe and GREAT for renting bikes from Drifters and seeing all of St. Augustine Beach's beauty!

The Kookaburra coffee shop is just three short blocks away, and is a local favorite.

Multiple highly rated restaurants of all types are within walking distance on A Street, as well as bars, real estate offices, mini golf, and much more!

Just a 15 minute walk up A1A Beach Blvd is the pier where you can park and go fishing or enjoy the weekly Wednesday farmers market from 9am-12pm.

A 10-15 minute drive from historic downtown and 5 minute drive to The Amp! concert venue where many well known celebrities and musicians play!

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Must be 18 and up to operate the elevator. Children are not allowed in the elevator without adult supervision.
