Historic District Gem w/ Updated Victorian Flair & Private Balcony. Experience the best of St. Augustine’s past and present at this 1BR apartment in the Historic District. Nestled on the second floor of a Victorian home built in 1880, this unit features a scenic private balcony and has been beautifully restored to include modern comforts alongside antique accents.

The space
LIVING AREA

The sunny living area is furnished with an armchair and sleeper sofa. Watch favorite shows on the 32” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops. Prepare favorite meals using the suite of stainless steel appliances.

Situated next to large bay windows, the table in the dining area seats four to festive meals.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to four guests between one bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living area.

The bedroom features a stately king-size bed and 32” wall-mounted TV. The door leading to the private balcony includes salvaged stained glass that commemorates the home’s 19th-century origins.

The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A second vanity just outside the bathroom provides additional room to refresh.

OUTDOOR AREA

Relax with a cold beverage on the private balcony. Admire views of Flagler College and wave to carriages as they pass.

THE LOCATION

On the ground floor of the building, you’ll find Lobstah on a Roll, a Boston-based beloved restaurant serving classic favorites.

Walk across the street to the Lightner Museum to discover Victorian-era artifacts or Flagler College to admire Spanish Renaissance architecture. Stroll 15 minutes along the Matanzas River to Castillo de San Marcos, a historic fortress dating back to the 17th century.

When you’re ready for some time by the surf, travel 2 miles to Anastasia State Park or 5 miles to Vilano Beach.

Perfect location!

Perfect location for a wonderful visit to St Augustine. Dedicated reserved parking spot was super welcome and very much used. Two blocks from St George street and all the amazing things to see there. A block from absolutely beautiful Flagler College, and literally across the street from the Lightner Museum. Private patio overlooking the street is perfect for morning coffee and even better for an evening cocktail. Don't forget to mention you're upstairs at the Lobstah on a Roll downstairs for a 10% discount! Would recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic little place

This was a beautiful little rental on top of a good restaurant in an amazing location in Downtown St Augustine! We had a few issues with our stay and the electricity but the owners were accommodating and helpful. We loved this location and will rent here again when back in this area.

We had a great time everything was super close within walking distance the host was pleasant and easy to contact they reached out right away to say hi and welcome us. Will definitely do it again 🍸
