Great location and access to the beach!!

This was a last minute trip we planned for St. Augustine. Normally we stay closer to downtown but this time we wanted to stay at the beach. I was surprised to find this condo available at a great price, easy access to the beach and not too far from downtown. I must admit I was waiting to be dissapointed. Great news!!!! We were only disappointed with the crazy crowds in downtown!!! We actually spent more time at the beach, swimming in the pool/hot tub and just hanging around the condo than doing anything else. Zero regrets or disappointments with picking this condo. If it is available then you will enjoy your time here. The beach access is much closer than the pictures make you think it is and you are truly 20 steps from the pool off the back patio. I was able to sit on the patio and handle a few work meetings and see my family enjoying the pool. The common area in the condo is bigger than we have had with other condos. The sleeper sofa worked for our 8 year old but is your typical sleeper sofa mattress. Adults might not enjoy it. The master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the back patio as well. This will be on our list to check out again the next time we are in St. Augustine.
