Everything we needed was supplied-a bbq with gas, vacuum, utensils, toilet paper and soaps. Super private yard where we grilled out, used the fire pit and played soccer. Within walking distance from town. Loved it.

The house is beautiful, conveniently located. Perfect for a family to stay. The main reason I booked the house is because of the backyard where the kids could play and they did just that. Only had one issue and it was with the ac. When we left Saturday and came back, it was as if someone had turned the ac up to 80 degrees. So being in the heat then coming to a house that is hot is no fun at all. But I communicated with multiple numbers and luckily I was able to just turn the air down and it cooled right away.

Lovely Updated Historic Home

Truly a one of a kind spot.Beautifully updated, clean and cozy. We loved the charm and attention to detail. Just right for a small family. Check in and out was easy speasy. Super quick response time to communications.A few things for the next guests:The fan in the bunk bed room is not operating…. Weather for us was on the cooler side so we didn’t need it plus the house has two a/c units.If you have multiple coffee drinkers you may wish to bring a full size machine or Kcups for the single cup machine.Also, if you’re not a fan of Florida water (yuck)….bring bottled as the refrigerator does not have a filtered dispenser.Can’t recommend enough!

Beautiful house

This house was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and in a great location! It was comfortable for 6 adults with plenty of bedrooms and seating. The backyard is a dream - we made use of the firepit one night. The location to downtown St. Augustine was perfect.

Some good things some not so good.

There for a long weekend with friends. Nicely updated downstairs, only a mile walk fort/St. Augustine shops. That being said, the mattresses were AWFUL!! There were no blinds on the upstairs windows on one side of the house. Original communication with the property mgmt company (Vacasa) was less than stellar. In addition, requested 2 weeks earlier and was denied early check in, that I could deal with but when one of our party members arrived 2 hours prior to our 4pm check in we sent a text asking if they could park in driveway until check-in and was told "no, to avoid confusion" as cleaning people were there. We all arrived at house 20 minutes from check in and I texted that we were there and asked if it was ok to enter the house, was told I had to wait the 20 minutes although no one was there. Overall, the property is nice but with the amount of options in the area I would say find another place.

On the fence

The house over all was nice. A lot of work has been done on it, and it shows. The mattresses are awful!!!! The cleaning company in charge is terrible! We found a Gatorade bottle full of urine, urine soaked clothes in the dresser, a dirty glass plate in the night stand, the vacuum is broken and so was the coffee pot…we fixed these. 3 baby birds, covered in ash, crawled out of the chimney. Don’t bother calling the local wildlife rescue, they will tell you to climb up the chimney with a long stick and rag and shove them back up yourself, exact words. Close the flute please! Overall, not a great experience.

Fantastic House

My family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids ages 12-3) had a great time in this house. The house is renovated so nicely and was so much fun. The treehouse was just wonderful outside, our kids spent a whole day in the yard having a great time. The home still has some things unfinished such as the treehouse inside and some lighting however it didn't affect our stay. Some things to note is they do not have a microwave or toaster which made it a little hard for quick meals or making popcorn. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house, terrible communication.

The day prior and day off I received far too many texts from random numbers "confirming" my stay and connecting me with individuals to help during our check in. But when we needed help, no one was available. We weren't sent correct number to access the home so we had to wait until someone finally replied with the code to get inside. The house is great! But you need to figure it out on your own as there is no welcome packet to help introduce you to the floorplan, how to work appliances, access wifi, reboot wifi (which we needed to do) etc. If the communication was better this would have been a great stay. But we definitely started off on the wrong foot. Close to the beach and great location to get into town.
