The Space
The private bungalow features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped stainless-steel kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room with a 50-inch Smart TV.
The home has been thoughtfully updated with waterproof faux-wood vinyl flooring, shutter-style window blinds, porcelain and tile bathrooms, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms.
The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils, making meal preparation easy during your stay. We also provide coffee, tea, and basic kitchen and bath essentials to help you settle in without an immediate grocery run.
Each of the 2 bedrooms features a cloud-like memory foam mattress dressed with crisp white linens, fluffy pillows, comforter, and duvet. The bathroom includes a full-size tub and shower combination, perfect for refreshing after a day exploring the Ancient City.
Outside, enjoy the expansive fenced yard with plenty of comfortable seating, lounge chairs, rocking chairs, umbrella tables, and shaded areas for relaxing. A brand-new dual-fuel BBQ grill is also available for guest use.
The cottage is part of a small five-home vacation rental community. The cottages share parking and outdoor common areas, but each home is private with its own entrance and porch overlooking Osceola Street. This setup is also ideal for larger family gatherings or groups who may wish to reserve multiple cottages.

We take great care to provide a clean, safe, and refreshing environment for every guest. High-touch surfaces are carefully cleaned, linens are freshly laundered, and dishes, glassware, and utensils are sanitized between stays.
The home includes fresh linens, towels, kitchen essentials, bath essentials, coffee, tea, and basic starter supplies for your convenience.
This property is licensed with the City of St. Augustine, St. Johns County, and the State of Florida for vacation rental use. Lodging is subject to applicable state and county taxes.
Security
For the protection of guests and the property, exterior video monitoring may be used on the grounds and common exterior areas. There are no cameras inside the cottage. Recordings are routinely deleted and are only shared with law enforcement if needed.

Pets are permitted by request only. A non-refundable $85 pet deodorizing fee applies. Maximum weight is 35 lbs. per dog, with a limit of 2 dogs per reservation.

Before departure, we kindly ask guests to:
Place used towels in the bathroom or tub
Load and start the dishwasher, if dishes were used
Bag trash and place it in the designated outdoor receptacle
Return furniture, remotes, and household items to their original location
Turn off lights, TVs, and small appliances
Make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked
Clean the grill after use, if applicable
Our cleaning team handles the full turnover, but these simple steps help us prepare the home for the next guest.
