This top/3rd Floor in the R Building w/ elevator at Ocean Village Club is in a ocean-front gated community on St. Augustine Beach. This ocean front complex offers a variety of amenities for year-round fun and relaxation. Enjoy swimming in a heated pool or in the ocean; play tennis on the newly remodeled courts, play shuffleboard, or work out in the fitness room.
This remodeled condo is in an elevator-equipped building and has beautiful views of the ocean, as seen from the top left photo. Located near the ocean-side pool and the beach, this unit features 10' ceilings, a southern exposure, Free WiFi and a handicapped equipped shower with the master bedroom.
This condo is tastefully decorated, very clean and is a Non-Smoking Unit.
Come and visit us for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation at the beach! This condo features a newly remodeled kitchen and both baths, mostly tile floors, comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, new comfortable furniture throughout, new 50" Samsung HDTV and everything you will need for a great, relaxing vacation at the beach.
We have rented here at OVC more than 10 years, and now own our own unit and want to share it with you. We have several guests who have returned every year. Come stay with us and see why they keep coming back! We would love to have you come to the beach and join our family of guests.

** The Ocean Village Club community association limits guests to one pet per unit. The community also requires all pets to be registered with the community at check-in. The registration fee is $50. Please keep this in mind when booking. **

Beautiful place at the beach

Last minute visit to St Augustine. We lucked into this sweet condo. Great communication with the host, prompt response. Very clean and comfortable condo. Everything went smoothly and we really enjoyed our stay

Family Getaway

Check in times were different on Vrbo listing than what was sent to us from the property manager. Elevator out of order, uncomfortable beds in 2nd bedroom, dishes and silverware were dirty in cabinets, master bedroom and bathroom were great, 2nd bathroom had water pressure issues. Overall the little things we were able to overlook.

Excellent stay!

Owner communicates extremely well and is very responsive and helpful. The condo is more spacious than we expected. It was nice to have two bathrooms since we had our teens with us. The property was quiet and a shorter walk to the beach than we thought it would be (very short!). We had a great time and would stay here again.

The perfect place

Loved the condo, it had everything you needed for all the amenities, very well thought out condo/property the location was great as well, not far from the lighthouse or down town would definitely recommend it and would like to go back next year.

Nice Location But Not Quite As Described

Location was good- near the beach. We really enjoyed the area and loved St Augustine. Now for the disappointing things... Property owner waited to email the rental agreement until day before our stay so if there was anything objectionable in it, we were stuck with it. He also didn't give us any instructions on condo access/entry. We had to figure out how to call the management office to get access. Property owner slightly misrepresented some things in the description. The pool was NOT heated as stated. The "ocean view " from balcony is an old photo before trees grew taller and partially obstructed the view. The "new luxury memory foam mattress" was a Walmart foam topper on a worn out old mattress. Housekeepers do a poor job cleaning- kitchen utensils are dirty and old, dust everywhere, some windows don't work, blinds are cheap and some keep falling off. Investing a few bucks into fixing these things would make staying here much nicer.

Beach Girls Trip

The property was just as described and had all the amenities from coffee to toilet paper to beach items. However, twice there was an issue with the elevator which made it difficult for the other three ladies I was traveling with, who each had some type of disability, making it difficult to walk up and down the stairs.

Wonderful!

Just as advertised and incredibly comfortable. Very acoustically insulated. Even though it was high season with a lot of people and small children next door, the condo was very quiet. Maintenance came within an hour when called. Property Mngmnt & Maintenance were very friendly. Our family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great place, great location

We stay in this complex every year and this was by far the nicest unit and best location within OVC we've been in. A short walk to the beach and steps from the pool made this perfect for our family. The elevator in the building was also great for hauling luggage and groceries. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Our only issue was on checking in - the gate code didn't work and then there weren't any keys left in the keybox on the door! It was after hours so the management company was unreachable. The owner helped us and thankfully had personal keys we were able to use until the rental office opened the next morning, but after a long day of travel a better arrival would have been nice. Not the owner's fault and the unit is wonderful, but the management company needs to do better to make sure guests have the right code and can access their rental.
