Welcome to your exclusive retreat at Matanzas Launch, where both sides of this beautifully renovated duplex combine to create a spacious and versatile getaway. With a total of two bedrooms, two sleeper sofas, and two fully equipped kitchens, it's perfect for families or friends traveling together. A washer/dryer in one unit offers convenience for extended stays.

Guests can also take advantage of the fishing dock with river access, ideal for kayaks, small boats, or simply soaking in the sunsets.

You'll access the duplex from a driveway with a shared parking area. There is a keypad to lock and unlock the doors, your codes will be provided on your day of arrival.

The kitchens in both units are fully equipped with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, microwave, and electric range/oven. Cabinets and drawers are stocked with silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, and plates, so you can easily prepare meals during your stay.

Each unit also includes complimentary Keurig pods and a welcome basket with snacks and bottled water to help you settle in.

The bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

As shown in the photos, this duplex features two side-by-side units with a shared parking area, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together.

Located beside the A1A Scenic and Historic Coastal Byway, the property offers direct access to Matanzas Inlet to the south, historic downtown St. Augustine to the north, and countless beautiful beach accesses in between. This prime location combines convenience with adventure, putting the best of the area right at your fingertips.

The river access is ideal for fishing from shore or hand-launching kayaks or small boats, offering a convenient way to enjoy the water. However, we do not recommend backing a trailer onto the sand to launch your boat, as the terrain may not support it. Please note that tides and currents are constantly shifting so we advise all guests to use the dock and shoreline with caution and at their own risk. We are located on the main channel which is used by large and small boats regularly. For added safety, consider checking tide charts and local conditions. There are public and private boat launches nearby if your watercraft requires a trailer.
