Casa de estilo cabaña con un gran porche cómodo para escuchar las olas del océano rompiendo en el porche delantero y trasero. Piscina climatizada en el patio trasero con un cobertizo de cocina, cercado con exuberantes árboles y bosques al este. El interior se ve grande con techos altos y múltiples ventanas y puertas de vidrio a la hermosa piscina. Ubicado en una calle sin salida en un vecindario familiar con restaurantes de cinco estrellas cerca del océano y el río. Quince minutos en coche del centro de San Agustín. Guana State Park está a 5 minutos en kayak, pesca y caminatas.

Summertime Rest

The Dune Bungalow is even sweeter in real life! It is a secluded paradise! The pool is so restful, the fig tree has sweet fresh figs, the place is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. There is a really cool path to cross the street to a most spectacular beach. Best of all, the hosts are warm and welcoming. Truly one of the BEST places I have stayed! Thank you, Grayson! Wonderful house

The house is spotless, spacious, and across the street from the beach--perfect for us. Also a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. It was too cold to swim but we loved our evenings sitting outside by the pool. Owners were very responsive and came over immediately when there was a small problem with the water pressure. All good!

Vilano Beach.. Labor Day Weekend

My wife and I stayed here over three wonderful days of Labor Day weekend. Communication with the host was excellent, the property was as described and all the starter items were provided and then some to have an excellent mini vacation. Beach chairs and cooler was perfect for the quick walk up the the path to the beach. The property is located away from the public beach access so you get your pick of the sand! Bed in the main bedroom is nice and comfy, property is nicely decorated and very clean! Overall a 5+ star stay and would go back in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed booking this property!

Nice location

Overall nice stay. Good location, easy beach access, quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is that the property was very buggy- inside and out….. And I’m a Floridian, so I understand that a certain amount of bugs can be expected, but there were ants, and some sort of flying ant/wasp looking bugs in the house. One morning I woke up to a newly spun spider web from the coffee make to my coffee cup. I would recommend routine professional exterminator. Other than that it was a good stay. The house came equipped with everything needed.

I would stay AGAIN for sure!

My annual girls weekend trip and we absolutely loved this house. It was just right for the 4 of house. We loved the privacy in the backyard and the little pool. Contact with the owners was AMAZING. We even got to share in the full moon on Sunday at the beach. Definitely would stay here again for a quiet weekend or time away from home. Thank you!!!

Poolside getaway

Our 2nd lovely visit to this home. We enjoy the heated pool and are pleased to find a 2 bedroom that has a heated pool that is not a condo. Also the hosts take their properties and their guests seriously and are prompt and gracious.

Perfect Stay

This was our first time in the area and we loved everything about it. The house was extremely clean and the location was great in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to all St. Augustine has to offer. Would definitely choose this property again.

Beach Retreat

We visited St. Augustine for spring break with two school-age children. The house was just as it was listed! On a quiet street, a quick walk to the beach, well stocked with everything we needed. We did use the heat for the pool, since the nights were still cool, which helped make the pool warm enough for even my husband to swim at least twice! St. Augustine is a cute area with lots to do and we'd definitely come back again!

Happy Campers

It was our first time in Vilano Beach and the first time we rented in this lovely house. The location is at the end of the street in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Because of the cool weather, the fire pit was used most nights. We were aware of the charge for heating the pool so no surprises there! The path that leads to the beach is passable but once you cross the road, the trail to the beach became impassable due to hurricane damage.That was disappointing! The other important thing to mention is the communication with the hosts was excellent. We had a few glitches but they were taken care of immediately. Overall, this is a house that I would rent again.

Excellent home

This is happening fantastic home. My husband and I enjoyed everything about the place. It was very clean and cozy and a great neighborhood. The Christmas tree was an added bonus. I highly recommend this house.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Traveled to Florida in early December with my wife and son. 70-78 degree weather every day. House was very well taken care of. It is a couple hundred feet from the beach and three restaurants overlooking water within 2-3 minute drives. Grocery store a 5 minute drive and only 10 minutes or so from downtown St Augustine. Owner was extremely responsive and had the house supplied with kids toys as well. It was well worth paying extra to have the pool heated. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect relaxation destination!

This was the perfect property for a safe and relaxing getaway. The proximity to the beach was amazing (less than 2 minutes of a walk) and having a private pool was amazing for my family and I to enjoy. The home was cozy and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming! We cannot wait to be back!
