Overall not terrible, we enjoyed our stay. Upon our arrival we did find multiple baby roaches in different areas of the house, noticed one of the plates inside the cabinet was unclean.

Good beach access

A short walk to an excellent beach. Place was clean and as advertised. Great communication made the stay as easy as it can be. Stayed with just 2 adults so only 1 bedroom / 1bathroom was perfect.

Great family getaway

Loved our stay Great location, it's just a short walk to an amazing quite family and pet friendly beach. Great place to bring your family. Very clean, lots of room and close to lots of great thing n good good. Would defiantly be going back

Magnolia House

The house was perfect for our first visit to St. Augustine. Great location with easy, quick beach access. The house provided all we needed, a very comfortable setting. We enjoyed staying out on the beach, with a short drive into downtown. A great location for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach as well as all St. Augustine has to offer.

Awesome location

Home was as listed, basic but quaint. The location is why you stay here…100 yds from the beach, wrap around deck with beautiful views, local walk-over…can’t be beat. You’ll love it here.

I had a nice peaceful retreat at this property. The neighborhood is quiet, house was clean and well stocked, whirlpool tub worked beautifully. I will definitely book this property, again in the future.

Great beach house!

I loved staying here! Perfect for a nice beach weekend. It was a very short walk to the beach and the perfect sized house for me and a friend. Also the bed was so comfortable. The owner of the property was very easy to reach when we had questions and was extremely accommodating. Would stay here again.

Great location and very convenient for our stay. The place was comfy but needs updating.

Very close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and dog friendly. The place itself is a bit outdated, but overall very clean. Also, could have used some beach towels/chairs or something, but again was perfect for our stay.

Great weekend getaway!

Great location. It was even closer to the beach than we thought when booking! Our black lab loved going to the beach every morning. It was perfect size for 2 people. Would definitely consider booking this house again due to proximity of the beach and quietness of the neighborhood and dog friendly!

Property was very clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and serene. Enjoyed it!

I would update sofas and ask county to cut down the overgrown lot, other than that I would stay all over again. It was a great get away!
