Direct Private Beach Access - Newly Renovated Condo - Heated Pool

Newly renovated beach condo in beautiful St. Augustine. Enjoy beach access through a private pier or choose one of the three private pools (one is heated) or two hot tubs on the condo complex. The complex also has a gym and outdoor gas grills.

The condo itself has been recently renovated with beautiful finishings. It is fully-equipped with everything you need from kitchen gadgets to a washer and dryer. The sofa pulls out into a bed to accommodate a total of six people.

Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of St. Augustine or visit the historic Spanish colonial fort, the alligator farm, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth, or the Pirate and Treasure Museum. There's plenty of fun to be had in St. Augustine!

Includes one dedicated parking space with a guest space (first come, first served) directly next to it and other guest spaces in the parking lot.

The property is older, however, the condo we rented had been updated and is a short walk pass the pool to the beach. The owner was responsive and quite helpful when we had questions. The unit is also a short drive from Old Town and St. Augustine beaches.

Not that welcoming.The kitchen had nothing - pantry had misc appliances. Bathroom had tiny bar of soap.No games etc. Patio furniture worn & dirty. Washer was filthy, dryer had not been cleaned. Patio screen door broken. The unit was nicely renovated, but overall condition of property was shabby.

Nice condo- inside was updated, although outside is definitely showing its age, but the mature landscape takes up for it. plenty of pools if one is over crowded, choose another, its a long walk to beach but very pleasant none the less. would stay here again for sure- of course water pressure could definitely be improved like all Fl stays in my experience.

Perfect condo a short walk from the beach !

Our family enjoyed relaxing at this property! The location was great -- an easy walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and downtown. There were 3 pools in the community that we loved -- very clean and never crowded. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay

We were definitely happy with our stay. Our host gave clear information about the amenities and how to use the codes. It was clean and well kept. Furnishings and extras for the beach were in good condition and the beach chairs were awesome. It took just a minute or two to walk down to the beach, which was wonderful. We liked having the gate at the end of the boardwalk, made it feel safe. The three pools were clean and not overcrowded. It was quieter than I expected being on the second floor, I figured we'd hear the units above and below, which did have people in them but we hardly heard anything. The location was nice, a few shops within walking distance and less than a 10 minute drive to restaurants and bigger stores. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our visit! Will definitely consider this property again! Clean, close to grocery stores and entertainment. Just a very short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, private beach access. The property had newer, great quality beach chairs, beach towels, and a wagon to carry them! We were very pleasantly surprised!

The Beach Life

The Condo was clean and efficient. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. The water flow in the main bath sink had very little pressure but shower was fine. The back deck cushions could use an upgrade but we spent our time at the beach. We drove to the beach much easier than walking all our stuff by wagon. A wagon is supplied in the room if you don't have four wheel drive. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We stayed at Kathryn’s condo by the beach during our first visit to St. Augustine to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary! Super cute clean modern condo with comfortable beds!! Short walk through beautiful landscape and beach dunes to beach! Condo is close to many different restaurants and 10 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine! We enjoyed every day of our stay!!

Friendly Butler Beach

Our one month stay exceeded our expectations. Only a 5 minute walk past three outdoor pools to get to the expansive beach area. Condo is well maintained with all your everyday needs on hand. Owner easy to contact and ready to satisfy any immediate needs. Grocery/pharmacy within 5 minute drive. New Publix under construction which will outshine present competitor. Restaurants of above average quality also close condo. Complex does require improved lighting in parking lot area. Would not hesitate in returning.

Nice location

We have rented in this community before and really like it. It’s a little bit older community and some of the exterior areas are now in disrepair. That’s not a reflection on the condo owner at all. Just a general observation of the complex. The condo owner was extremely responsive to an HVAC issue we had that was completely out of her control. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The condo itself is nice, could probably use a fresh coat of paint but was otherwise in good shape. I think its a great value compared to others in the area.

Myself and 2 other friends stayed 4 nights. Two of us went to a concert at the St Augustine Amphitheater which is close by. Grocery stores near by as well. We will definitely return and hopefully stay longer.
