Your St. Augustine vacation awaits at The St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club, where you’ll find a wonderful range of rental accommodations with resort-style amenities. Take a stroll from your vacation rental down our private beach walkway to wide white sandy beaches you can even drive on, if you like. This third floor unit offers excellent views of the ocean, pools, and courtyard. Master bedroom features a King size bed. The guest bedroom has two twins. Televisions in living room and master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen equipped with microwave and dishwasher.

This condo has access to a wide range of amenities, including lush landscaping and an on-site bus service to downtown St. Augustine. However, the best amenity of all? The sparkling waters of the blue Atlantic steps from your vacation rental. The Beach and Tennis Club Resort condo rentals in St. Augustine offer beautiful, private accommodations to provide a beachside vacation you’ll remember forever.

Swim in one of two large pools or take a stroll from your rental down our private beach walkway to wide, white sandy beaches of St Augustine and see why so many people fall in love with the St Augustine lifestyle. Downtown St. Augustine is a must see, with its historic buildings, fort & famous St. George Street. Great restaurants abound, in town & at the beach. Don't miss the Alligator Farm just 1 mile up the road. The entire property has recently been renovated. Play Tennis on 10 Har-true courts or go golf at the many courses St. Augustine has to offer including those at World Golf Village, TPC Sawgrass, the St. John’s County Course, and many others for every playing level and price range.

Beach access was very nice. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice, and there were plenty of chairs. The property was very clean. We found it close to grocery stores, and restaurants.

We had a great stay. Candy - the property manager was very easy to work with. The location was good, across from the Winn Dixie on A1A. The view was nice every AM. Living room furniture and master bed were good. We also used the sofa bed - which was fine, although we did have an extra pad. Kitchen was fine. Pools and grounds looked good, although they were too cold during our stay (I never saw anyone in them). Beach access was easy. Decor is a little dated. Bathrooms are small with old tile. Kitchen floor had a chip here and there. The beach gear (chairs etc.), glassware and food storage containers need a refresh. The deck furniture as well.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful stay in St Augustine. The condo and property were very clean and well cared for. It was a quiet, relaxing place to stay. The beach was beautiful. We traveled into the historic town of St Augustine twice during our stay to enjoy restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Can’t wait to get back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 7 days here and loved it. The views from the balcony were excellent and since it was the last unit on that side of the building, we only had one neighbor. The condo was clean and roomy. Only 2 min to get to the pool and 3 min to be on the beach.

Condo location was good. Kitchen good. Place had a dampness smell. Bathrooms partially updated, but need updated toilets and updated mirror in master bath. Shower floor slippery. Two chairs in living area were stained, old and unpleasant odor. Sofa was new sleeper, but hard cushions to sit on. Bed in master may have been new, but it had no extra padding and very hard surface to sleep on. Bed pillows clean but inadequate filling.

Wonderful holiday stay December 2024 - January 2025

Had a quiet relaxing stay with the option to visit Old Town St. Augustine which we did. St. Augustine was an easy drive with parking available in pay garages or on side streets. Great ocean view and an easy walk to the beach. Having two bedrooms with two bathrooms was perfect for me and my daughter which afforded us the privacy we wanted. We were impressed by the kitchen and all its conveniences. Staying in this unit was like being at home. Everything you could think of in a home was available down to needle and thread. The unit is very welcoming and comfortable. We opted to extend our stay and will be back again.

Wo deeful vacation!

The apartment was super clean! The host thought of everything from the usual to board games and beach equipment! It was a quiet building with 2 great pools and easy access by private walkway to the beach. Only 15 min to the historic downtown. We had a great vacation!

Perfect quiet location for beach and city

This is a great property with private access to the beach. We travelled with three young kids who loved the place, the view, and being able to swim in the pool and ocean. Having kids, cleanliness is a top priority, and this property exceeded our expectations. Plus the host was very responsive to all preliminary questions. Highly recommend for a quiet get away to the ocean with the ability to easily get to downtown St. Augustine on a short drive.

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. Perfect location.

The property was in a nice location. The condo was facing the ocean and you could hear the waves. The master bed was very comfortable. Many restaurants to enjoy. The beach is in walking distance and was so large. Plenty of room for everyone. The condo was very well maintained and the elevator was wonderful since we were on the 3rd floor. The St. Augustine downtown area was so much fun to walk through. So much history to see and many museums. Ride the trolley to get a great tour. The Sebastian Winery stop is a part of the tour. We also did the evening Ghost tour. We will definitely come back to this condo.

Clean, comfortable condo.

The condos kitchen was beautiful, updated lighting was great, beautiful. I prefer more light; we got morning sun only. A beautiful view of ocean, but very distant view. Loved having a full size washer and dryer. Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and the beach. I was very, very disappointed the pool was not heated in February. I like to be by the pool and swim and then enjoy the warmth of the sun when going on vacation by the pool. I have to say i will not rent this property again for that very reason.

The Condo with the view!

This was the perfect condo, beautiful view just like the photo . Very home from home , extremely well stocked kitchen , vextra towels even beach towels if needed which we didn’t require. The owner is available at all times to answer any queries and has great restaurant recommendations. Situated right on the beach with two wonderful pools. Super well maintained grounds. We would return in a heart beat!!! Very relaxing vacation and not far into St Augustine which is absolutely beautiful !

Wonderful St Augustine Beach Condo

Incredible property! EVERYTHING you could possibly need to walk in and start enjoying your stay. Equipped in an outstanding manner with a completely outfitted kitchen with EVERYTHING needed to cook or not as you choose. Owner has thought of ALL the big and little things like, hooks inside outside every closet and door, plenty of beach towels, luxurious bath towels. Shampoo, body wash, makeup cloths in baths, nice and plentiful furniture on the balcony looking directly at the ocean, a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and more, quality TVs in every room and really good beds and pillows! Lots of perfect little notes around with the nuances of working the TVs and heat/cooling systems which ensure a smooth beginning and course of your stay. Can’t say enough about clean, clean, clean…everywhere. Perfect split bedroom configuration for privacy. Starter pack for wash and full/size washer/dryer!! Comfy furniture and a lovely landscaped main courtyard with good sized pool and LOTS of chairs to enjoy the sun & private walkway to large/deep beach for miles. We would come back in a second to this quiet/well managed place conveniently located to many restaurants and close to the historic downtown St Augustine. Communication with owner was outstanding. Did we love all of it - you bet! And the limitless skies full of stars and soothing rumble of the waves- well it just doesn’t get any better!!
