This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private balcony access, and ocean views, with an ensuite bathroom including a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, and dedicated workspace ideal for remote work or reading. The third bedroom includes a twin daybed with trundle, multiple desks, and ample storage. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower ensures convenience for all.

Living spaces
The open-concept living area is bright and inviting, with panoramic ocean views through large picture windows. Settle into comfortable seating after a day by the water, or share a meal and conversation at the adjoining dining table while the ocean glows beyond.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all basic cookware and dishes for preparing meals with ease. An in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience during your stay.

Outdoor living
Step outside to the private covered lanai overlooking Crescent Beach. This shaded retreat is perfect for morning coffee or quiet evenings as the sky turns soft hues over the water. A private beach access path leads directly from the property to the shoreline for effortless days by the sea.

Community & amenities
Guests enjoy access to a community pool, tennis courts, and free parking for two vehicles. An elevator provides easy access to the condo, and self check-in with a keypad makes arrival simple.

Comfort & essentials
The condo offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, a TV with standard cable, and home safety features including a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Bathroom and bedroom essentials such as towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for your stay.

Nestled in the Sand Dollar Condo community, this oceanfront retreat is near the Intracoastal Waterway and only a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine. You’ll be close to local dining and attractions while surrounded by the tranquility of Crescent Beach.
