Beautiful home Great location

This home was fantastic and in a perfect spot. We had an amazing stay, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants and downtown Saint Augustine within easy reach. Host communication was on point.

The owners are very responsive & helpful. The cabinets were very tattered & worn, but overall the place was very nice for the price & location. We had a lovely stay!

One thing that needs improved

The stay was good, but the TV situation no good could not watch the Super Bowl could not watch no racing there was no cable TV. Very disappointed in that otherwise everything was OK.

Wonderful Stay. Wonderful Host.

The property has a great location and is a great deal (a little dusty but that’s expected by the beach - we used the swifter and it was an easy 10 minute cleanup). Beach access was easy. Home is well appointed - they provided everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Fair price. Fair fees. Monica is a communicative, responsive, and patient host. Thank you so much.

Perfect relaxing getaway

Comfortable condo near the beach. Very relaxing and all the amenities of home. All we had to bring was food and clothes. There was even beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas available. Private garage and laundry was a huge plus but we didnt need to use. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

Excellent property

We greatly enjoyed our trip and this property was everything we needed and couldn’t ask for more. We had great communication with the property owner and they give great recommendation on local places to eat. Home was clean and had all the amenities you should need for a stay. We will be moving to the area soon and we will definitely keep the property in mind for future guests.

Amazing location!

Monica was fantastic to deal with and responded to a question that I had very quickly. The home was everything that was needed for a beach visit. The two spacious bedrooms had comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped. Monica also had beach chairs and toys for any families with kids. The beach was only a short walk away over the dunes. We would recommend and hope to enjoy again in the future!

Great location for beach and downtown

The location is perfect for getting to the beach and exploring all downtown St Augustine has to offer. It's a short walk through a path to access the beach, however on our first day there we discovered you could drive on the beach which is accessible a few blocks away. We took advantage of this which made carrying chairs and cooler much easier. Overall we had a great vacation. Monica was extremely helpful and quick with any questions or requests we had. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again on our next St Augustine trip.

Great place!

The place was clean and spacious. Two great decks, good sized rooms and plenty of space to lounge around. Close to the beach and had all the basic amenities needed for a stay. Only complaint is the king size mattress was not comfortable. I slept better on the pull out. I would recommend this location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Love the townhouse and it’s easy access to the beach. We really appreciated the extra little amenities like shampoo, soap and extra tp. Would definitely stay there again.

Very cute townhouse/condo. Has everything you need already there. Very clean. Nice decks to sit on. Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Very short walk to the beach. Close to town. Owner was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this listing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little getaway

Just as advertised. If you want cold air, clean accommodations and quiet location, the Pelican House is for you. The kitchen is well equipped (even multiple toilet paper, paper towels and FULL size dish soap :) Crazy). For a two bedroom, one bath in this price point, it made for a nice weekend getaway. The beach access is direct on the street but it is directly through the dunes. Not a WALKway but a path. Mobility challenged would need alternative route. We had a great time.
