Cozy In Town Cottage! Walk to Everything! Pet Friendly!

Our cottage is a one story residence set back from the quiet street, with a covered front porch for sitting and a back patio ideal for enjoying the warm Florida sunshine. The front and side yards are landscaped with lawns and plantings. A charcoal grill is provided in the back yard for outdoor cooking. Off street parking for two cars in driveway is provided. Inside, the floors are new ceramic tile with area rugs for comfort.The high ceiling in the living/dining room gives a feeling of spaciousness. Ample seating is provided with two sofas and an easy chair for socializing, watching the 43 " TV, or using the wireless connected internet. The dining area has seating for four, or more. Separating the dining area from the kitchen is a raised counter with bar stools, making it a great place to get together with family and friends. The kitchen has ample counter space and cabinets with all new stainless steel appliances including a range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Amenities provided include a coffeemaker, toaster. dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and cutlery. The bathroom is tiled, with a new vanity, refurbished toilet, and a combination bathtub and shower. A utility closet off the bathroom contains a new clothes washing machine and dryer. The linen closet holds extra towels, bedding, paper goods, and supplies. The rear bedroom has a queen size bed, chair, and built in clothes closet. The front bedroom has a full size bed, easy chair, dresser, and built in clothes closet. The bedrooms include bedside tables with lamps and drawers to hold small items. A dispenser for shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom is provided.

The cottage is a short walk to St. George Street, the ancient Spanish fort, and a short drive to magnificent Atlantic beaches, lighthouse, and many other attractions

Very nice, pet friendly, well appointed cozy cottage walking distance to historic downtown in St Augustine. The house was clean, the only reason for the rating is due to a kiddie pool in the backyard that was full of black water and mosquitoes. Other than that our 3 night stay included lots of sightseeing and relaxation. Great place to stay for a small group.

Cozy place for us and our small dog. Very convenient to everything. Loved being able to walk everywhere and a short drive to the beaches. Cute places to go to on that end of town also. Wish the back door was replaced. We were afraid of using it. Very hard to open and close/ lock. Very nice kitchen and living space. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay! Cottage is very comfortable, well equiped, and clean. The driveway was a definite plus for parking. Convenient to everything for us. The host was very pleasant and responsive. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would recommend this cottage to anyone.

Fantastic Location

This place is a great location in relation to many historic sites, restaurants, and shopping. Its about a half mile to the old city gates and we enjoyed all the walking. We really enjoyed the fully fenced backyard for our pups. The house had all the amenities we needed especially a washer/dryer! We would recommend better fitting bed sheets as those provided kept coming off and a more secure back door. Overall we would recommend this place for those looking for a comfortable and cozy place to rest at the end of a long day of either site seeing or at the beach.

Another excellent Stay

Another excellent stay, clean, tidy and cozy little house. Perfect for a couple or a small family. Easy walking distance to the historic part of the city, close to a trolly stop. Excellent and local restaurants including a nice little locally owned ice cream shop, which we made multiple trips A small patio perfect for eating breakfast while watching the lizards scamper about. In short, once again everything we would want in a stay. We look forward to booking again.

Quick St. Augustine Trip

It was our first time to stay in a pet friendly place. My doggies enjoyed their vacation. This property had the best appliances of any place we have ever rented! It was a nice change of pace.

Dogs are allowed on the beach at St. Augustine. This is as close as mine got to the water. It was a beautiful day!

Perfect place!

This was simply the perfect place to stay for our week in St. Augustine. We walked to just about everything and the neighborhood was so peaceful. The patio was a delight and the all-in-one laundry was so easy to work. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect house and perfect location

We stay here every year. The house is perfect and walkable to just about everything. When we arrived, the house was sparkling clean and everything we could possibly need was there. We always bring our dog with us and he loves the backyard and the front porch. Would highly recomment this property.

Spring Break with kids and dogs

Great location, quiet neighborhood, fenced in yard for pets, has everything you need. Beds were clean and comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Close to downtown, we walked everywhere. Great restaurants close by, easy drive to the beach. All around great place.
