What a treat that this home was equipped with everything you could possibly need! Decorated very nicely without to much.

The view from the house literally looks like a junk yard - a dumpster filled, garbage bags everywhere, broken glass, sheet metal, broken mirrors - all from a house being built across the street and construction gone wrong. It is noisy from traffic behind the house and a dog barks for 3 hours every morning. The furniture smelled like dog and looked like a dog chewed an arm. The tables and end tables are scratched to hell. Sinks are clogged. Area rug was full of coffee stains or cola stains. The entire experience was horrible. Tried to get a refund before even checking into the place because it was NOT what the photos show. I’m not sure how anyone rated this place well. Please please book elsewhere if you are reading this.

Curt was an amazing host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was very clean and comfortable and close to the beach and the house had everything you need for your stay. The beds are super comfortable and the home is pet friendly so we were able to bring our fur baby with us. Highly recommended this place and we will definitely return.

Coastal Charm was in a perfect location for my wife and I - it was so close to a public beach access point. The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the back yard area to be able to walk our pup. Great stay close to the beach and St Augustine!

Best VRBO experience to date

This place was fantastic. Everything was better than advertised. King beds were very comfortable, we didnt miss our own beds. Bottled water and snacks were there to welcome us. Owners answered all our questions within minutes. Flagged this place for future stays.

Nice family getaway.

Townhouse was clean, cute and comfortable. Appreciated the fact one bed was firm and the other soft, as it met everyone's needs. Extremely relaxing listening to the ocean in the evenings from the back porch. Very short drive to quite a few delicious restaurants.

Last Minute Hidden Gem!

Our family decided to take a spontaneous last minute trip to our favorite place, St. Augustine, and just so happened to find the perfect place to stay! This beautiful two-story townhome had everything you'd ever need to enjoy a vacation at the beach. Not only was the home fully equipped with everything you'd need to hit the sand but the house was immaculate and well furnished! The décor was amazing, it felt like Joanna Gaines lived there! We especially loved the brand new beach wagon which turned out to be the perfect napping spot for my 9 month old on the beach. We were so grateful to have found this rental and hope to come back again.
