Imagine your St. Augustine escape at our charming short-term rental, where the essence of adventure meets the comfort of home. This modern cottage is a whimsical blend of artistry, uniqueness, and practicality.

Step inside, and you'll find an abundance of space for relaxation both indoors and in the inviting outdoor areas. What sets our cottage apart is its two master suites, thoughtfully separated by an enchanting screened-in porch. This feature allows couples, families, or friends traveling together to relish their own private spaces. The main house boasts a studio king en suite, while the Studio Suite showcases a splendid king bed (complete with a Purple mattress), a twin-over-full adult bunk bed from Restoration Hardware, a brand-new bathroom, and even its own convenient coffee bar, microwave, and mini fridge.

The walls adorned with local artwork create a sense of waking up in an art gallery, while the vaulted wood ceilings and tiled floors provide a cozy backdrop for an eclectic array of artisan furniture, including pieces from Sticks, Shoestring Creations, David Marsh, Restoration Hardware, Mackenzie Childs, and more.

Embrace modern living with the latest in technology, such as three top-of-the-line TVs, a Sonos wireless music system, and Smart Home automation throughout.

Outside, the property is guarded by the majestic Amazing Love Tree, lending an air of ancient enchantment. The tree swing, a favorite spot for daydreaming, is just one of the many delightful spots awaiting your discovery.

The host was responsive to our every need — amazing! The house had every amenity just like a five star resort! We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as cinnamon for the Keurig Kpods, the tray in each bathroom containing toothbrushes and paste, deodorant, sunblock, floss, mouthwash, etc.

Clean Eclectic Getaway

This is the absolute BEST place I’ve stayed in St. Augustine over the last 20 years. The description of the property is exactly what you find - except BETTER! Check in was super easy all instructions for the property are clear and concise. The entry has a table and spot for all the welcoming information to the home along with Whetstone chocolates and pre-stamped post cards to send out. The artwork, the custom woodwork, the layout, is beautiful. We walked around just looking at art and trinkets and just taking in the space and we just felt like we were home. The set up with the separate suite is perfect- the added things like mini fridge and microwave really make it. The porch in the middle is the best little coffee spot and is screened in so no mosquitoes! Added games on the porch were a plus too! The kitchen is FULL of anything and everything you may need, no corners cut anywhere with this property. I cannot harp on this enough these hosts are absolutely amazing. The communication the entire time has been so helpful and pleasant- you get such a good vibe from them both. Since we’re native Floridians I think we found our forever rental in St. A !

Superior, thoughtfully appointed home.

We came here for Mother’s Day weekend and this was the most well appointed home we have stayed in. This home has nothing missing from what you could possibly need. Hope to be back!

Perfect location and wonderful hosts

This location was perfect for a quick walk to the trolly stop if you want to explore St. Augustine. The location is also a nice quiet street. The hosts make the space feel like home. The spare room was perfect for our teens and the porch was a great place to spend time as a family and play board games. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Very Joyfully, Artsy and Funny!

We LOVED this house! Not only did it have great amenities the vibe was whimsical and comfy and full of art everywhere. The beds were extremely comfortable and each room uniquely decorated. The owners communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this cottage getaway! Walking distance to town and historical site's. everythi f we needed.

Really perfect in every way!

This was a quick trip with friends to see the St Augustine Night of Lights. Our friends stay at a hotel that was only 2 blocks away so the location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything. The home was perfect for us as we were traveling with one of our adult sons. His room was in the studio connected to the main house by a beautifully screened area. David and Wendy were very responsive and have taken great care to provide everything we needed. Wendy has excellent taste and the Artsy theme is really fun. I highly recommend this home when visiting St. Augustine!

Great family weekend

Lots of space for us to be together and then we all had our private retreats when we had about enough (IYKYK). My sister and her family rented the Art House behind this rental and my kids had the bunk room. It’s was such a close walk to the Fountain of Youth and we did the trolley from there ALL OVER. I did a lot of cooking here. They have everything you need to make family meals and snacks (aside from groceries, of course). There are two Publix that are close. I’ve already ordered the blender they have there. Loved it. We played a bunch of games - the variety of games is fantastic. Every comfort and concern was considered in the amenities and design. Decor is ADORABLE - everything is gorgeous here. If you want to visit St. Augustine and there’s a lot of you - choose this place. You won’t regret it.

A perfect home away from home

The owners have truly thought of everything in this property! Our stay was amazing and the 2 teen girls we brought also said more than once it was perfect as well. Very clean, comfortable, colorful, FULLY (you really did think of EVERYTHING!!) stocked and perfectly located. We will be back! Thank you so very much for a wonderful trip!!

Perfect for 2 couples

So cool for 2 couples to have their own totally separate quarters and meet together in the middle in the screened in breezeway for happy hour. Clean, charming decor, really quiet, and easy walk to St. George Street, downtown attractions and restaurants. Would happily stay here again.

Wonderful artsy home

We loved this Vrbo home. It is a great layout and stocked better than any other Vrbo I have stayed at. The host were fantastic!!!! Would recommend this home to anyone visiting St. Augustine. PS- driveway parking

St. Augustine getaway.

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay, look no further. This home is beautiful. Minutes from all attractions yet a quiet place to relax in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were wonderful and very modern. The entire house was spotless and offered all the little extras you would need in both the kitchen and bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a fabulous rental- extremely clean, impeccable attention to detail, and great location. Owners are readily available should any issues arise. Our first visit to St Augustine, so happy we chose to stay here. We look forward to a future visit!

This property was fabulous. Lots of personal touches. Incredible communication with owner. Every little details was thought thru. Easy walk to town. Felt very safe. Only downside was that we only stayed 2 nights! We will be back.

Mini-vacation with friends

Loved the set up with the separate bedrooms. Every thing you could want is furnished right down to the hand cream and umbrellas. Hosts responded to our calls/texts immediately. Close to all the activities. Quiet street and extremely well-kept property inside and out. Highly recommend!!

Great stay in Saint Augustine

The property was exactly as described. Dave and Wendy provided all the amenities we needed and were quick to answer any questions we had. The location is convenient. What I loved was that the 2 couples in our party had very private areas to be in. Tha screened porch is awesome!

Choose this place!

I am one of those people that will spend weeks looking for a place and will often feel overwhelmed by the choices and anxiety over if it will be a good choice. If this is you too, then book this place. Truly the perfect location to historic downtown but also a close drive to anything you might need. Neighborhood was quiet, the porch is amazing and the separation of the two bedrooms is really unique. Lastly, the owners are amazing. Great communicators and truly willing to go above and beyond. I also appreciated them being open to feedback! You wont regret staying here!!!
