  • Descubra el encanto de San Agustín desde esta hermosa cabaña de la década de 1920, en el histórico distrito de Lincolnville, a solo 10 minutos a pie de las vibrantes atracciones de la ciudad y a 10 minutos en auto de la playa. Ingrese al espacioso porche delantero, donde dos grandes sillas de mimbre, un acogedor planeador para dos personas y asientos adicionales lo invitan a relajarse durante horas, ya sea compartiendo historias con amigos o simplemente disfrutando del ambiente. Con comodidades modernas perfectamente combinadas con su estilo histórico, este retiro de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños ofrece el equilibrio perfecto entre comodidad y encanto.

    Dormitorio 1 (baño en suite) Cama King: el dormitorio principal cuenta con una lujosa cama King, un pequeño escritorio con un espejo de maquillaje iluminado, un ventilador de techo y un televisor, lo que garantiza una estadía cómoda y tranquila. También disfrutará de acceso directo a un cómodo y elegante baño.

    Dormitorio 2: Dos camas individuales que se pueden convertir en una cama king, además de un ventilador de techo y TV.

    Baño 1: el baño privado tiene una ducha refrescante, amplio espacio de almacenamiento, un toallero eléctrico y una instalación de lavandería en la unidad con jabón, plancha y otros artículos de limpieza básicos de cortesía para su comodidad. También se proporciona gel de baño, champú, enjuague en crema y secador de pelo de forma gratuita.

    Baño 2: El baño de visitas ofrece una combinación de ducha y bañera y mucho espacio de almacenamiento. Hay gel de baño, champú, enjuague en crema y secador de pelo de cortesía para que se sienta como en casa.
    Cocina: Totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, microondas, lavavajillas, todos los elementos básicos para cocinar y comer, además de una tostadora y una licuadora para bebidas congeladas. Maybe the best rental home we've ever stayed in. Just beautifully renovated! Excellent location! What a gem. We stayed for a week with our family of 4. This house was an amazing refuge for us after a day at the beach or sightseeing. And our host was fantastic! She recommended great restaurants, attractions and beach rentals. This is going to be a high bar to beat in our next vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at the very cute cottage! The hostess was quick to answer inquiries and even allowed us to check in early. We were close to many historic sites and excellent restaurants. I especially loved having a coffee shop around the corner. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this cottage and host. Linda, the host, was always in contact with me and gave so much helpful information about St. Augustine. The cottage was adorable. Very well decorated and had everything we could want. The beds were very comfortable, towels fluffy, great pillows, very clean, in a nice convenient area. I could go on and on. I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was extremely clean, cozy and charming. Communication with Linda, our host, was wonderful. She made sure we had all the information we needed and even sent us a whole list of places to eat, visit, how to get around and even included a map of the area. The location was excellent. Close to everything and in a very nice quiet area to come back to and relax after spending the day out exploring. The stay was extremely comfortable and we would definitely return again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Exceeded our expectations! We’ve been coming to St Augustine for years and this is by far our favorite stay. The host had thought of everything. The cottage has everything you need, clean & so charming. Perfect for morning coffee on the porch & relaxing afternoons. Close to everything.

This cottage was perfect for our 4 day "girlfriend" getaway. The cottage is clean, well located and very well stocked with towels, linens and kitchen items. Linda was excellent at communicating. She responded quickly to any question or concern. She cares that her guests are comfortable and happy.

Thank you for a great stay in your adorable home. We found the check in process easy, the home clean and well appointed, the beds comfortable and the towels luxurious. Would definitely stay here again. It was an easy walk to the main attractions and we didn’t need our car.

Linda was a great host. She communicated in a kind and timely manner. Her cottage was very comfortable and was very well stocked. The little extras like snacks and coffee was a plus. Her front porch was comfortable and the neighbors welcomed us. The beds were also comfortable. We highly recommend this cottage and if we find ourselves in St. Augustine again, we will stay there if it's available.

This may be the best VRBO we have ever stayed in!! Communications with the owner was great, messages regarding area, restaurants, sights to see were so helpful. The home was exactly as described, clean, stocked with anything you may need. Beds were comfortable, quiet at night for sleeping. The porch was the best place to sit, watch the neighborhood and relax after a day exploring. Easy walk to the historic area or you could get the trolley right around the corner. Great places to eat withing walking distance! Ice Plant is a must!! We would stay here again in the future!
