Recientemente renovado con todos los nuevos muebles y electrodomésticos! Quédese con nosotros y encontrará que este es su nuevo lugar favorito para las vacaciones. Tenemos una de las vistas más increíbles desde nuestro balcón. Si usted está viajando con su persona especial, o usted viene con toda la familia, tenemos sitio. Nuestro condominio está situado en el segundo piso (ascensor disponible) y ofrece 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Todas las comodidades y comodidades que necesitará para una estancia relajante en la playa. Y sí, estamos en la playa con una hermosa vista desde el apartamento. Relájese en el balcón, leer un libro, y escuchar las olas calmas lavar en tierra.

The Beach Was Nice!

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the great location with a nice ocean view and beach access. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very clean and nice. The condo itself was nice with a large balcony and plenty of room. Downside: 1 king bed was broken and we had to buy tools to repair it due to the timing of our arrival. Floor damaged - There were limited supplies - no condiments - 6 towels total for the 3 bedrooms. Condo personnel were friendly and gracious.

Nice location and great beach!

Very nice property and the accommodations were comfortable. Only thing I did not realize before booking is kids 12 and under were not allowed (even with adult supervision) in the hot tub and punishable with a hefty fine. For a December trip this was extremely inconvenient and was not listed in the VRBO listing at all. The unfortunate thing is I emailed the property manager before booking and asked if the pool was heated as it was important to my kids (outdoor pool is not / indoor pool is heated). The response mentions a hot tub but did not inform us of the rule. Clarifying that on the listing could help families with kids make an educated decision about using the property.

Love colony reef

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year staying at colony reef and we just love it so much. The convenient beach access, the huge swimming pool, playground, and fun grass field where all of the kids play in the evening just make colony reef so special. There are only three cons I can mention. The air conditioner in the bunk room blows directly onto one bunks pillow that room gets freezing at night because it’s so small. We found the two top bunks to be unusable so don’t count on them. We couldn’t get the TV in the master bedroom working, but it wasn’t worth the effort to get maintenance out. They are serious about supplies not being provided. I was surprised to have no dish soap. I was glad I brought my own trash bags, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, paper towels, and toilet paper.

There was everything we needed and just enough space. The gated resort is great (not the first time we've stayed here) with a huge pool (unheated), hot tub and great access to the beach. The provided two rolls of toilet paper, 4 small bar soaps for the bath and 2 packs of dishwasher soap. Plan to provide everything else yourself (papertowel, tissue, baggies, coffee filters, etc.). There were beach chairs but no beach towels. I would definitely rent this place again.

When we call to the office. I don't know who I talk to was very rude on the phone until I told them what we had. I went out and got bug spray because no one ever showed up just the plumber. One of the bath tubs was clogged. I know a very Nice Man came out and fix that. I Thank him for that. But I think some of the office people need to work on there office skills. One of the beds mattresses was so uncomfortable. It was raised in the middle and we could hardly sleep well on it. I even went up to the office to ask about the checklist and she was trying to tell me that I did not rent through you guys as I did and I just wanted to make sure I was doing everything right. I do know there's a very nice lady that had her own office that working up front she a sweet heart sorry I didn't remember your name you get a #5 everyone else gets a #1-2.We felt like overall we had a good time, but the quality and pest control needs to be worked on, as does your staffs friendliness. I would recommend others to stay but to also caution them about the staff and the bugs.

The condo was furnished with a motorized couch and love seat that made our 9 yr. old very happy and we enjoyed the reclining aspect at the end of the long Beach and pool day. The pool is so kid friendly as well as the green area for volleyball, baseball and the Thursday night movie!
