CRC 2107 - Ground Floor Pool View Condo

PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

This ground floor condo has a spacious living room has plenty of seating for the family to gather around the new Smart TVs and new flooring. The whimsical beach paintings throughout are originals painted by the owner of the condo themselves! The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped for a stay of any length and comes with a drip coffee pot and stackable washer and dryer. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a new walk in shower. There is a queen in the second bedroom, and two twins in the smaller bedroom known as the “Crow’s Nest.”

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

First time to Colony Reef, but not the last

Condo was as advertised. Very comfortable and well furnished for our month long stay. Even though weather was not great some days during our stay, we were able to enjoy the covered patio many days. The horseshoe configuration of the buildings provided a wind break most days.The unit was beautiful with clear recent updates. Kitchen was small, but more than adequate. We had everything we needed to cook meals- though so many great restaurant choices in St Augustine area, we cooked less than we usually do. Master bed was comfortable and attached shower had great water pressure. Note: while this is a 3 bedroom unit, the 3rd bedroom is very small and realistically only suitable for kids. Worked great for us as our overflow storage area.The Colony Reef property is very well maintained. Staff is friendly and was very helpful with a last minute request. We took full advantage of the workout room. We loved the direct access to the beach. Highly recommend this unit and property!

Just as beautiful as the ad

Our week at Colony Reef Club in St. Augustine, FL was absolutely amazing!!! The condo was everything we hoped it would be. Short walk to the ocean, ground floor condo, all the amenities one would ever wish for including pool, hot tub, kids pool, exercise room, game room with card and bingo times, playground area. Our condo had all of the kitchen appliances, large and small, washer, dryer, sweeper, blenders, dishes, everything we needed and then some. The condo was very clean and had extra blankets and pillows. After stopping at the nearby WinDixie for some groceries and snacks, it was just like home except better with the gorgeous beach, bright Florida sun and sunsets that lit up the most picturesque sky. Thank you so much Colony Reef for an amazing get away! We will be back!

Lots of fixing, no relaxing!!

We are very disappointed because the location was incredible. Good pools, steps away from the beach, very easy to get to and very close to the historic district. The minute we got to the apartment, we noticed it was very superficially cleaned. Mugs still had dry coffee, pans with eggs and forks with avocado on them. When we went to use the towels, we found a living bug on it. So we had to pack up all our clothes to make sure we wouldn't carry the bug with us back home (we left one of the bugs in a bag for the property manager to see). The lights in the second bedroom did not work and sparked when we tried to turn them on. The master bedroom had a leak from the upstairs toilet into our shower and floor. We spent new years eve cleaning the leak and scrubbing the shower, while being worried that the water was from a dirty toilet. The good thing was that an older gentleman from the property had come the next day to hear our issues. We hadn't been able to use the shower until the following day when he could disinfect and clean it. We are very upset about not being able to spend a relaxing time due to constantly having to fix issues within the apartment. It completely ruined our vacation. We spent more time fixing things that should've been fixed before our arrival than enjoying the beach. Then we left feeling rushed out due to the fact that we would be CHARGED a fee for staying after 10 am. This apartment was cleaned haphazardly, and not very hospitable.

Perfect Getaway

Great location but needs updates

We liked the pool and beach access very much. The unit needs some updates though. The beds were very uncomfortable and the kitchen & 3rd bedroom are super tiny. The patio furniture is rusty too. We did enjoy our time there otherwise though and would like to find one with a larger kitchen.

Dirty!!

Villa was dated but that was ok, but very dirty. General cleaning was done but we had dirty dishes and lots of crumbs between couch cushions when we arrived. We also had a rat!! Management had a “ jeez that’s not our fault attitude” . Location was perfect just sad this villa has been neglected for so long.

Convenient and perfect for family!

The unit we were in was so convenient to the pool and beach and shopping and historic St. Augustine. Everything was easy to do with 5 kids in tow. The condo had beach chairs and boogie boards, night lights and a stocked kitchen. The patio was great. The pool was huge and gorgeous. It was an easy boardwalk to an enormous white sand beach. Everything was perfect for our family. And when hurricane Dorian cut our trip short, the management was so friendly and prompt to refund us the two nights we didn't get to use. I would recommend Colony Reef Club to everyone traveling to St. Augustine!

Loved the ocean and pool.

It wasn't clear that third bedroom was very small in the listing information. Too small a space for my 10 & 12 year olds to share. Condo was clean and very close to beach. Family had 6 people staying for 5 days. Condo on the small size but adequate for the amount of time spent indoors. Loved the ocean and pool. Would rent again.
