CRC 1201 - Oceanfront Condo Right on the Beach

Elegant stone counter tops, a stunning Caribbean style master bedroom, stylish tile floors and spectacular ocean front living gives this unit the feel of a luxurious island resort. Not to mention, that ocean front view can’t be beat and being on the quiet side of the building, it's a great getaway! This condo has been renovated with an enlarged kitchen for spacious convenience and new cabinets in the kitchen as well as stainless-steel appliances and a full sized washer and dryer make this your home away from home! The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom has queen size bed and a twin size bed! The smaller third bedroom, known as the “Crow’s Nest,” has one twin bed.

All the condos are equipped with private WIFI and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher powder. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, dry sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

St Augustine Condo

This ocean front condo was perfect for my husband's birthday getaway. The condo was clean and well equipped. Our morning coffee and our evening wine on balcony was just what we needed. I highly recommend this condo. We will be back.

Beautiful condo

Loved our stay at colony!! Met up with girlfriends from 7th grade and gabbed for 3 days. Had a little trouble with keys and cleaning, but all was swiftly rectified from the awesome front desk team. From the occupants to employees everyone is so kind and happy to be there. Will definitely book again!

Great ocean-front property!

The description was accurate. We had a very nice stay. The location of our condo was on the opposite side of the courtyard and pool which made it feel even more secluded w a great view! Thanks for everything!

Nasty Disaster

Late checking, mater lights didn't work, shower light flickers and worked every now and then, master ceiling fan sounded like a train, box fans for other bedrooms, no living room fan or lights other than lamps. Washing machine sounded like it was on the brink of death, sewage smell from master bath sink each time used, dishwas smelled like it was ready to burn the place down, in fact maintenance was there 3 different times. Had to pay cleaner to come clean after checking. 70s style throughout and way over priced. Highly recommend the complex but this unit costed more than $3,500 for the week and a $68 motel 6 would have been better. Saw other updated units and they were phenomenal. VRBO and owners really stuck it to us hard. Should be ashamed and we didn't have a master bedroom light until the last day.

Nice balcony with great views.

For being ocean front, this place was a great value for when looking for a place for your family. Just an FYI, all the mattresses are solid blocks of memory foam. That takes some getting use to. The TV in the living room is way outdated and blurry. The cable is lifeline cable with very little to watch at night. The internet is good though, so bring your own Firestick or Roku stick as I did see it had an open HDMI port. There are grocery stores close by to get some supplies, like coffee, ice and paper towels and better toilet paper. If going to downtown St. Augustine, consider an Uber. It is worth it as parking is limited and not free.

The location of property was its best feature. Close to everything. Also great beach front property. Pool was nice. The unit was old. It needs a complete remodel. Cleaning is surface cleaning. No deep cleaning or dusting is done.

Needs some updates

Overall nice stay but condo needs some updates. Patio door needs replacement. Shower curtain rods kept falling down. No dishwashing liquid or paper towels provided. Only one roll toilet paper per bathroom (be aware-we ended up having to buy more). Master bathroom has step in tub and has a very high step down. Towels felt like sandpaper. Don’t get me wrong, we loved the location, great view. The resort was lovely. This condo needs owner attention. Just a few tweaks and it would be great!

Needs a lot of TLC

We stayed at this oceanfront unit for a week. We enjoyed the city of St. Augustine and the view of the property. However, it was not very clean. Cobwebs under the patio table, outside floor was dirty. Both kitchen and bathroom sink handles were horribly dirty. We had to take a whole day to clean everything. The fridge does not have water, only ice maker. The showers were both outdated. We would probably not stay here again. It is unfortunate because it had a great view. The staff at Colony Reef was excellent.

Great location. Breathtaking view from both living area, master bedroom, and balcony. A few minor maintenance issues which I would only be interested in discussing privately if interested. Would rent again.

Wonderful ocean front condo

Exactly as pictured, great views, clean and comfortable unit with fully equipped kitchen. The overall property was very well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated indoor pool during our late November stay. Close to downtown attractions and many restaurants. The beach is perfect for walking and running with flat, smooth sand.
