  • Four winds, St. Augustine Special Rates. Beautiful comfortable modern 2br 1.5 ba beach view 2 story condo in great complex with many amenities . Complex is beach side , 2 heated pools, basketball, shuffleboard courts etc. private walkway to the beach just outside your door . Pool and ocean view from balcony, fantastic intercoastal view from upstairs bedroom. All fixtures and furnishings necessary for the perfect vacation stay. New flat screen TV's wifi, cable and phone service . Newly updated 2nd FL Full bath, both bedrooms have flat screen TV(Guest bedroom is wifi only) this is an end unit townhouse 2nd Fl entry. Due to liability laws, the renter must be over 21yo.

We really enjoyed our time at this condo. Both the wonderful beach and pool are just steps away. Unit was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing week. Terence is a great host.

This place was good, everything we brought, they already had!! It is great for the price. I do think the place needs a deep clean and the only shower needs a new and better caulk job. It fit all of our needs and extra. I will say, this place has the best mattress I have slept on that isnt home. After 4 hotel beds in the past two months and barely sleeping. I loved the king bed with the cushion top! I also loved the linens and style of the bed. The air conditioning worked perfect. No issues with the tv or anything broken. I honestly loved the kitchen being organized and labeled. Pool was nice when it rained and we couldnt enjoy the beach. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

This was a fantastic stay! The host was personable and responsive. The pictures of the condo are good, but it is so much better in person. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I need a getaway.

Location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Pool was nice and other guests were very friendly. Our unit was stocked well but could use some updating. The description stated it was updated but must have been quite a while ago. Terence responded quickly to my questions. Thank you for a great week.

Have been staying at Four Winds for decades and tried out a lot of units. This one took care of all the details from well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, comfy beds, beach items included and nice storage area under the stairs to keep your beach items out of the way. Will definitely be back.

Great place!

This was a great stay! All amenities were available and complex is close to ocean. I like the boardwalk isn’t long to ocean. I would definitely stay here again. The beach was not super busy and people in complex were friendly.

We had a wonderful time staying a full 8 nights in Terrance’s condo, everything was so clean, WELL STOCKED, right near the beach and pool. He was so helpful and quick to respond for any questions I had, we were able to relax and enjoy every second of my birthday week on crescent beach! Would highly recommend anyone to rent from Terrance anytime

Peacefully pleasant

Very clean and stocked with about anything you will need. We appreciated the plenty of towels , wash clothes and beach towels. Just a few steps to the pool and a quick walk down the sidewalk to the beach. kitchen had everything we needed never had a issue with parking, we were able to park near the unit. there is a tennis / pickle ball court. it is a very nice and affordable place for a family vacation.

Great location!

This condo was located near the pool and beach. It came equipped with everything needed for our stay. From beach towels, beach chairs, pools toys, we didn’t need to buy anything! Many restaurants within 20 minutes of driving distance! Very nice beach that was not crowded. Terence was quick to respond and very accommodating! We hope to return soon!

Fantastic second stay

This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint! Super clean, arriving and checking in a breeze as usual and of course having everything we needed ready and available to prepare meals, sleep comfortably and the 2 second walk to the pool and beach is the cherry on top! The ease of being able to reach and speak with Terence is one of the many reasons we contiune to choose this condo when we visit the area!

The condo had everything we needed. Lots of extra towels, washcloths, blankets & pillows. Kitchen well stocked. Kids loved the heated pool. Very short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Livingroom could use some additional comfortable chairs. Would stay again.

Great Vacation!

This was our first time doing Vrbo and we had such a great experience. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. It felt very welcoming. The complex was great, the pool was heated, cleaned and very nice. The beach was so close and just a quick walk. The beach itself was so pristine and not crowded. The owner provided plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. I highly recommend this place, especially for families. The owner was extremely communicative and attentive to any needs or issues that arose. Thank you so much for sharing your beach condo with us!
