  • This 4th Floor Balcony Suite Plus is a great spot to enjoy the ocean view. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, ceiling fan and a 40" flat screen TV. This condo is tiled throughout and has extra drawer space. The kitchen is fully equipped and is situated so that you can enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals. Mirrored walls provide extra reflections of the ocean waves. There is a 4 burner stove with oven and all the standard kitchen amenities. The bathroom was remodeled with a newer tub with grab bar. There is a new plush King Sized Serta mattress and 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. Tile and a ceiling fan and horizontal blinds make this room extra comfortable. This could be the perfect beach condo for your next stay. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old
