Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

This 4th Floor balcony suite is perfectly located in the center of our oceanfront building. The balcony has a beautiful ocean view. The living room is tiled and has a queen sized sofa, comfy recliner and a 39" Flat Screen TV. Enjoy the breeze with a ceiling fan in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with the glass top stove with oven and all the amenities to make you feel right at home. The private bedroom is also tiled. There is a King sized Serta pillowtop bed, ceiling fan and a 32" Flat Screen TV. This condo is not pet friendly, so this could be the perfect spot for your next visit to the beach. Top floor, building is serviced by 2 elevators. NO PETS ALLOWED. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Very clean, lovely decoration, and convenient amenities. Condo living with a hotel feel. This little unit was perfect for a carefree getaway for the two of us. The balcony view, beachfront access, pool, location, and value make Beacher's hard to pass up!

Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the oceanfront view and general proximity to local attractions. I WOULD NOT stay here again, as while it boasts of Wi-Fi, the entire resort uses the same Wi-Fi and THERE WASN'T ENOUGH BANDWIDTH TO RUN ANY DEVICES, including the streaming TV, VIA WI-FI and only LIMITED CHANNELS ON CABLE. We watched TV via my iPAD using my cellular service. For the price of this room, we should have unlimited Wi-Fi. Further, while all of the site staff were fabulous, the only answer for the Wi-Fi challenge was to try "tomorrow during the day"...which also didn't work. In this day and age, this is unacceptable.

Beautiful view

The room is exactly as pictured, however, be prepared for a really small unit. After the initial shock of the size we decided it was perfect for the 2 of us. The listing says sleeps 4 but I think that would be a very uncomfortable stay. The ocean view is beautiful, we saw the best sunrises of any we have ever seen in 25 years of beach trips. The minimal interactions I had with the front desk and housekeeping were good, very polite and friendly staff. We would stay here again on a return trip.

View of beach was beautiful! Easy access to beach! Staff were friendly and helpful. However I would not stay here again. There was no covered area to unload and load vehicle. So if its raining you and your luggage will get wet. The bedding and sofa were worn out uncomfortable and need replacing. The condo itself could use some updating. The coffee maker was only 4 cup very small. The coffee maker and toaster worn out dated also need replacing. However view was amazing!

Family Visit

Nice condo for a few days visiting family. It is small but very manageable for two people. Bad time of the year for enjoying the patio. The misquotes were all over the walls and roof of patio. Could not sit out and enjoy ocean front at all. Other than that, very nice stay.

Beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Beacher’s lodge, our condo was neat and clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool, and we were happy that it was pet friendly!! Big plu s for us! The screen was broken the whole time we were there, and that was quite unfortunate because we would have loved to leave the door open to be able To listen to the ocean. The staff at Beacher’s were very nice particularly the cleaning staff. All in all , a very nice time !!!! Thank you

Perfect beach

I grew up on this beach along with some other along the Florida coast and this has always been one of my favorite places by far. Not overloaded with towering condos (which makes it a little harder to find a place to stay but we’ll worth it) and it just makes this little hidden gem of a beach that much better! The condo I stayed in was nice. It’s a little pricey for the space but aren’t all places right now? Some of the other condos were a little dated but mine was surprisingly updated and clean. They are very small so two adults and 2 small kids was ok but a little cramped. Much better for a 2 person getaway. All in all but a bad place to stay for such an amazing beach and you’re only about 15 from historic St. Augustine.

Small Condo With Beautiful Oceanfront View

Very small condo with a beautiful oceanfront view. Unfortunately, the couch and the bed are both well used and, at this point, they are not very comfortable. The condo complex is older (built late 80’s) and one of the two elevators was out of service while we were there which was a pain particularly staying on the 4th floor. The pet walking area was small, completely unappealing and obviously over used. We made other arrangements for our pet. The area restaurants were terrific including the seafood restaurant located right next door to the condo complex. The beach was fantastic and we enjoyed some beautiful weather while we were there. We left a day early because we didn’t want to spend another night in the uncomfortable bed.
