  • Incredible. Fantastic. Adorable. There are not enough descriptive terms to describe this vibrant balcony suite. This is an ideal location on the 4th floor, close to the beach access and pool area but with an unhindered view of the ocean. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast as the sun rises over the water. There is a brown leather queen sized sleeper sofa and a comfortable oversized leather chair, sink in and enjoy the view. There is a huge 46" Flat Screen TV with the Xfinity popular channel line up, ceiling fan and a cute table for two in the living room. The kitchen is just enough, with two burner stove top, toaster oven and a new medium sized stainless refrigerator (as of 11/2019). The bathroom has a new /walk-in shower. The seaside colors and jewel toned tiles bring a beachy charm that few condos can rival. The private bedroom has an exotic look and feel. Enjoy the view of 36" flat Screen TV from the queen sized bed while the ceiling fan lulls you sleep with an ocean breeze. This 4th floor condo is a unique find, and just might be your favorite suite at Beacher's Lodge. NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Clean and oceanview!

Our 2 priorities are clean and oceanview! It met both! It was small, but suited our needs for just 2 of us for a short stay. It was very close to St Augustine, which was great also!

Clean room with a beautiful view

Our condo was very clean and well stocked. Shannon was very communicative and helpful. We had no issues checking in or out. And of course the view was amazing. This was a fabulous experience! We're definitely coming back and can't wait!

Right across the street was a small strip mall with a couple of stores and an ice cream place. Also across the street was a minimart for last-minute supplies.

Beautiful view of the ocean with easy access to beach!

It was nice how easy it was to get the boardwalk to the beach. The location was perfect, only 10-15 minutes from downtown St.Augustine,but also the beach was never crowded. The view of the moon was amazing at night. The condo itself, was small but perfect sized for me and my boyfriend. The ac kept it nice and cold. My only complaint would be that the TV in the living room glitched out a lot, but we were there for the beach, not to watch TV, lol. So it didn't bother me much. Over all a wonderful experience, might be my yearly birthday trip location from now on!

I loved the location. It was quiet and not crowded. I did not like the room. It is dated. In desperate need of renovation. The bed was full size not a king as advertised. There were too many remotes, no Smart TVs, too many mirrors. The room was cluttered with stuff not needed. The hot water pressure was low. The cable tv was awful only about 10 channels and half were news channels. I will not stay at this location again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The office staff at the Beachers Lodge was very friendly and helpful and the property was well kept and nicely managed. Our main complaints dealt with the hideous decor of the condo, the double sized bed as opposed to a queen size, and the dog smell in the bedroom even though it was a pet free unit. The two burner stove without an oven and the limited number of cooking pans was a nuisance. The living room furniture was newer and nice, and other than the amazing view, the biggest blessing was a newly remodeled bathroom. This unit should not have been rated as a “gold” unit as compared to other units on the property. It is dark and very oddly decorated, and the plaster was peeling off the ceiling in the bedroom. The property itself is great, but the unit needs help. I would recommend the property but not this gold rated condo.

The owners of this unit have outfitted, designed, and decorated it in the most imaginative, contemporary, whimsical, funky way. The colours used and the materials are just wonderful. I was shocked to finally find a space I was happy in in Crescent Beach. The design, the colours, also the unit's being high up on the fourth floor - all contributed to my loving my stay at the beach.
