Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with onsite Front Desk and Staff

This 2nd floor Balcony Suite is all that you really need to be happy at the beach. This condo is charming with cheerful yellow hues throughout. The sofa in the living room area is the perfect spot to watch TV or catch a view of the ocean. Kick back and relax in the recliner. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom keep this condo breezy during even the hottest months. The kitchen has the stove top only, but still is enough to be able to enjoy a meal on the ocean front. The bathroom has the tub and vanity. The private bedroom was recently updated with vinyl laminate flooring and has the queen bed with a 26" Flat Screen TV. This condo will allow a pet, so it's everything you might need for a great beach stay. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

The room was exactly like the pictures, but a little worn around the edges. Enjoyed walking with my dog on the beach as well as the beach view.

Unit needs a major rehab. Bedroom A/C shut down periodically. Required powering off for a spell, before turning back on. Worst bed I’ve ever slep in.

Decent but images are a little deceiving.

It was ok. Not the nicest and the unit could really use some significant updating. The pictures don’t really show how small the unit is either. It’s very small. There are no dressers and barely a closet. The ac unit is extremely loud, especially at night. Pool was very nice and the beach was excellent.

Decent place, just don’t leave anything in the room.

Stay was good. Close to the beach, a solid little vacation for a night. My disappointment came when I left a bra in the room by mistake. I called multiple times to inquire about it, was told I would be called back, wasn’t called back, then the third call I managed to get an answer that nothing was turned in. I asked she inquire further, but someone was in the room, so she would have to call me back. Guess what didn’t happen? So yeah, solid 4/5 stars for the location and a place to sleep. Management bumped it down to 3. It’s my fault for not grabbing all my things, but management shouldn’t say they will call back when they cannot follow through.

Old - needs renovation

The place was old and smaller than anticipated. The only saving grace was beach front, but there was a big mound of dirt in front of it. Also you have to walk far for you pet. The pet station was on the other side of the grass, which you had to walk through the grass to get to which causes you to track pee and debris into your room. I would not recommend this place and will not stay there again.

Quiet cozy location

The location is perfect for relaxing but close enough to St Augustine to enjoy time there. The condo is perfect for 2 people and the 2nd floor views are amazing. The condo is dated and could use some TLC but we would definitely rent it again.

Good enough for 2 people!

We enjoyed the vacation and it was a good place, everything was good enough where we made great memories as a family. We love St. Augustine so much that this was our 4th trip in last 16 years we are driving to FL from NJ during December timeframe. Coming back to the unit, it is relatively small and pictures are bit deceiving as it was a shock to us. We have stayed in one bedroom condos in other areas in Saint Augustine with a similar priced on the beach resorts but we found this unit is relatively smaller and feels more like a studio with a small kitchen not many utensils or even a pan in it. It felt more like a hotel suite than a condo. But overall we just enjoyed the time there. And may revisit if there are bigger condos in this resort but I doubt it, one time is good enough . Thank you for everything we really appreciate it.

Nice Family Vacation

Property was perfect location for what we were looking for. Loved watching sunrise on the balcony. My only suggestion would be a new mattress, it is REALLY hard and uncomfortable.

Great view!

Access to the beach and looking out over the water was ideal. That's what we mainly wanted. Place was convenient to places to eat and other things. The condo is very small, fine for two people but not more than that. A little outdated, could use some fixing up/modernizing. Everything was clean.

The location and view were fabulous. The condo is old and needs a total updo. The furniture smelled of old sweat and needs to be replaced. The wood looked rotting and made for an uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend the unit to anyone.
