Beacher's Lodge Oceanfront Balcony Suite Plus - Incluye servicio de limpieza

Esta suite con balcón en el segundo piso es el refugio perfecto junto al mar. Es un gran lugar si necesita ropa de cama separada para su empresa que se queda en la sala de estar. Esta suite cuenta con dos camas Murphy dobles en la sala de estar, para aquellos a quienes les resultaría incómodo dormir juntos. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana y la vista se puede disfrutar desde el sofá o las camas Murphy. El balcón tiene una mesa adorable para dos y una gran vista del océano. La cocina está totalmente equipada con una estufa y horno plano de 4 fuegos y un área separada para la mesa de la cocina, la perca de pelícano perfecta. Una pared espejada en el área de la cocina captura otra vista del océano. El baño ha sido recientemente renovado para incluir una nueva bañera con cabezal de ducha de agua de lluvia, azulejos y adorables detalles junto al mar. El dormitorio privado está alfombrado y cuenta con una cómoda cama king size, ventilador de techo y una gran televisión de pantalla plana. Esta suite está cómodamente equipada para una agradable estadía junto al mar. NO SE PERMITEN MASCOTAS

One of the very nice rentals.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely enjoyed our view and room. Very happy the pool was clean, heated and warm on the warmer days! the downside was the obviously tired check in employee who started the process by asking if we smoke and warning us about all the other rules that required our initialing each one. One rule was that a refund would not be given if we left earlier than our reservation end date. Made us wonder if they have a lot of disgruntled customers. It was Not at all a welcoming greeting for our long awaited vacation. The other downside was the uphill trek to get up to the building. Ramps were available once you get to building , but you have to hunt for luggage carts above the ramps and then backtrack to car. Tiring! Grumpy employee and hardline rules will keep us from coming back.

Nice condo unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very comfortable, well organized and comfortable condo. Twin Murphy beds are great!I let the front desk know that the bedroom door had pulled away from the top hinge, so opening and closing the door was difficult. The coffee maker had burned coffee caked on the heating plate, also let the front office know. The filter in the bathroom vent was so clogged it sounded like a plane taking off. These are maintenance issues and don’t take away from the beauty of the unit. The owners have done a great job decorating and designing the layout. I would recommend this unit. Housekeeping didn’t have the kitchen table cleaned and left some cleaning products on the counter. I finished cleaning those few areas when we checked in. It happens, not a big deal.

Reviewer Comments: The sliding glass door was broken and it was very hard to open for senior citizens like me. Also the last day I saw that our hot water heater had paint on top of the shelf in that room. A major safety hazard. I did not See the safety hazard until I was ready to check out. The overall appearance of the rental needs to have updates and and spruced up a little bit. I was very disappointed in the rental overall but the experience of being on the ocean was good.

We enjoyed our time there other than two guests experiencing asthma attacks from running dirty air conditioners. The unit was nicely furnished and comfortable.

Staff was friendly and location was safe, clean, and directly on the beach. Amazing sunrises from the balconies of these units. For the price and central location just 15 minutes from downtown St.Augustine you really can't beat it. Love that the property was pet friendly and the beaches are pet friendly as well. Shannon the manager was great in assisting me in all my specific needs and personally verifying that I would get the type of unit I needed. Huge thanks to Shannon! We will definitely be back. Many other couples traveling at this lodge said they had been coming back for several years. White, sandy beaches free of seaweed. Clear water and tons of shells! Great family friendly atmosphere. Check out the Colombia restaurant. It was our favorite eatery. 5stars for this lodge!
