Guests have private access the 5 bedroom home, garage game room, and backdoor space with pool and spa



Other Things to Note:

There are 3 active security cameras on property: at the front door of the home, facing the left side exterior entrance, and facing the pool deck.



POOL HEAT:

Pool/Spa Heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day. Please contact us for Details



PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.

-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $200 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)



**Important** If booking for a wedding group, bachelor/bachelorette party please send message BEFORE confirming the reservation. Additional security deposit will be required. Small events may be approved for an additional fee, please inquire.
