Adorable Guest House walking distance to Historic St. Augustine!

Charming guest house walking distance to all that downtown St Augustine has to offer. Built in 2017, this one bedroom, one bath, 500 SF apartment is located above our garage to accommodate guests in their own private setting. This property is an easy walk to both Uptown and Downtown St Augustine attractions. There are many restaurants just a short walk away including River and Fort, Raintree, Juniper Market, Borillo s pizza, Luli s cupcakes, and Mojos BBQ just to name a few.
This property includes a king size bed, 12 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heat & air, endless hot water on demand, 2 large screen smart TVs and high speed WIFI
Enjoy your own private entry to this upstairs apartment (approx 20 steps) with reserved, on site parking. This property does not have cable TV. The smart TVs have antenna reception which provides a hi def picture and receives all the major networks.
The kitchen does not include a range. There is a built in microwave, toaster oven and a griddle.
Downtown St. Augustine is best navigated on foot. Bicycles are not recommended as there are no safe provisions made for them on the roads or sidewalks.

Our stay at the Adorable Guest House in historic St. Augustine was such a great experience. The location couldn’t have been better, close to everything we wanted to see while still feeling peaceful and tucked away.The home itself was immaculate and thoughtfully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt welcoming right away, and you could tell a lot of care went into the details.Although I didn’t get the chance to meet Ali and Melody in person, their communication was incredibly warm and inviting from start to finish. They made everything easy and stress-free.One of the sweetest touches was the complimentary sample of honey from their bee farm, such a unique and memorable bonus. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine.

Everything about the Uptown Shack was excellent, including the listing which is quite accurate. It is within walking distance to the historic area, and is fully equipped for serving your own breakfast and lunch. We definitely will return when we visit the area.

The guest house is adorable! The perfect amount of space for us. So clean and so pretty! Although we didn’t get to meet Melody and Ali, they were very responsive and helpful. Fabulous Rental!

My daughter and I stayed in the Uptown Shack. It was so nice and clean! It was beautifully decorated! The bed was very comfortable. Our host, Melody, sent clear instructions and directions. She greeted us when we arrived. She also made homemade cookies for us and left us some of their local honey. There were snacks and drinks available to us in the rental. It was walkable to all of the things we wanted to do in St. Augustine. We loved this rental and would definitely stay again!!
