Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet close enough to get to attractions in minutes (approx 1.5 Miles to the Historic District). This area does not have provisions for biking or walking. It is centrally located and a short drive to downtown and the beaches. The private bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed. The property includes a full kitchen and laundry facilities. This cottage was perfect for our St Augustine get away trip. It is a great location close to all we wanted to see. The home is clean, the bed comfortable, the towels soft, and the kitchen convenient. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect cottage! Close to everything. Everything you need inside, clean. Nice area outside to sit and enjoy the end of the day with a glass of wine. Melody and Ali were perfect hosts! Highly recommend.

From the moment we parked the car and saw the quiet patio we knew this was going to be good! The front door opened into the living/dining/kitchen area: all clean and welcoming (with cookies and a candy bowl waiting on the counter!). The bedroom and bath were comfortable and -appointed a with all necessary supplies. A fantastic stay!

Very clean and cozy home in a convenient location just outside of crowds of St. Augustine. The cookies, snacks and water are a very nice touch. We also relied on the restaurant recommendations and other information provided by the owners. We would certainly stay here again when visiting St. Augustine.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a quick Valentine's weekend get away. The cottage was perfect! We wondered St. George St. and did a little bar hopping during the afternoon into the early evening then relaxed in the cozy quiet cottage at night! First time using VRBO & man was I impressed! Our host, Melody, was AWESOME from the very moment I booked. Within an hr she reached out & I had told her we would be celebrating an anniversary. Fast forward to our arrival, which she also allowed us to check in a few hrs early, we had freshly baked cookies & a bottle of wine with a sweet message. The home smelled fantastic, veryy clean quarters throughout, bottles of water in the fridge, etc. Needless to say, the wife LOVED it all! The home was perfect for us. The location is less than 10 mins from the historic district, which is a big plus too. I will look to book at Alibees every single time in the future!

The house was great! It was close enough to the action to not be a hassle getting there but far enough away to be quiet. The place had great amenities. The hosts were wonderful. They had snacks including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies.

This was our second time staying at this little cottage house . We love it . The perfect size for two people . It’s cozy , clean and quiet . Already thinking about next years trip . The hosts are above nice and helpful . They always leave us a special treat . Definitely recommend.

This lovely place is perfect for a couple. You have everything needed from linens, hair dryer, bath/shower toiletries, to table wear, cookware and more! The hostesses have lots of little touches that I appreciated- snacks, water in the fridge, card games, home baked cookies, etc. The location is a hop, skip and a jump from historic St. Augustine. Good pizza (St. Auggies), good breakfast (Blue Hen) and even an awesome little Columbian cafe with great food/baked goods (La Cocina) all within a mile or so from the cottage. The location is in a working, mixed use area and seemed a bit run down but after being in the area during the day and night, it was quiet and every one seemed friendly.The cottage is extremely clean!!! There was not a huge list of rules and check out requirements. It is truly a place you feel at home.One thing to note, if you are really tall, the toilet is short. If you are short or have mobility issues, the tub is really deep and the shower may be tough to get into and there are no safety bars (just fyi).Overall, fantastic stay, cute place, great location and very nice hostesses. I highly recommend this if you want to visit historic St. Augustine.Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Fantastic communication from the property owner. Just a short uber to historic St Augustine. House was cleaned and ready for us to check in earlier than expected, including cookies and snacks available for us upon arrival. I definitely recommend this property.
