  • Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa casa de playa en mal estado y elegante, a 3 cuadras de la hermosa playa de San Agustín.

    Tres habitaciones, 2 con camas king size y una con una reina, todas con cómodas sábanas y edredones.

    Dos baños, uno con ducha / bañera y otro con ducha (en el dormitorio principal).

    Ducha exterior para enjuagar la playa.

    Se proporcionan bicicletas de playa, sillas, sombrillas, tablas de surf, enfriador de bebidas y chaleco salvavidas para perros.

    Bellamente decorada con madera de cedro de origen local.

    Puerta de granero de cedro muy pesada y a prueba de sonido entre dos dormitorios.

    Parrilla y área de descanso en la parte posterior.

    Estacionamiento en la calle con puerta de garaje de apertura automática.

    Usted será cómodo, acogedor y relajado en esta casa mientras explora la playa de San Agustín y muy cerca del casco antiguo de San Agustín.

The property was great! Just a short walk to the beach and close to everything. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Check in and out was so easy. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and spacious for our family of 5. We loved coming back to the house each day! Amazing location! An easy walk to the beach or quick drive to many of St. Augustine's attractions.

We loved it! The house was just as described. Very well equipped with everything you need. Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely book here again.

We had such a great time at the beach house! The location was amazing - just a quick walk to the beach! It was easy to come back to the house for lunch or if a storm rolled in and then get right back to the beach as soon as possible. We loved the beachy decor in the house and the setup was perfect for us. The garage was also super helpful since we brought our bikes. It was so nice having all of the beach gear too! Len & Kristy thought of everything! We would love to stay here again!

Highly recommend 206C! Our family of 6, and a dog, thoroughly enjoyed the home. The house had everything we could ever need, plus some. Would definitely stay again. Great location and accommodations. We’ll be back!

We stayed at Len and Kristy’s house for a week in March 2026 with our three kids and dog. It’s a great house! Exactly as described online (although felt even more spacious than the photos depict). Very well stocked and we loved the location. Len and Kristy were very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this property. It has everything we needed and the owners also provide beach chairs and a wagon to carry it all so it was perfect.

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay and the home was comfortable. The beach and several restaurants were within walking distance. The decor was charming and the kitchen was well stocked.
