    Only steps to the Sand and Surf from your front door, Lagoon Island Pool views from your rear balcony and Oceanside Pool and Ocean views from your front door.
    Your unit is conveniently located a steps away from one of only two elevators in Ocean Villas. Ideal for your handicap needs as well as loading and unloading convenience.
    This Condo offers three bedrooms (one King Master BDRM /one Queen BDRM/one Twin BDRM/one Queen Sleeper Sofa).
    Completely renovated and newly furnished the unit has a beautiful new, open and modern kitchen, Travertine Floors, new furnishings, three large flat screen LCD HD TVs, cable tv, wi fi connectivity, washer/ dryer, and much more.
    Ocean Villas offers two large pools for all guests, an Ocean side pool just a few steps from the sand and a lusciously landscaped Lagoon Island Pool located immediately outside your rear balcony. The Lagoon Island Pool is also heated for your winter enjoyment. Both pools have His and Hers bathrooms located poolside.
    A large gazebo is located between the beach and the ocean pool. It offers immediate shade and shelter from the sun and foul weather. A handicap ramp is also available for our guests with special needs.
    Ideally located, Ocean Villas Condominium Community is within walking distance to popular beach front attractions, restaurants and shopping.

This is a great location and steps away from the beach. The communication with the host and property manager were great. There was a couple of issues that came up that are usual wear and tear on property beyond the control of the host, but I was very pleased with how the host and property manager addressed the problem and kept us up to date on the progress of the situation. Overall a great place and great location at one of my favorite beaches.

It met our needs. Everything excellent. The only nitpick might be wishing the pull-out sleeper couch was a little more comfortable. But I’ve not seen many which are. Host was very responsive to misc. questions.

Really enjoyed the property with such quick access to pools and beach. Generally neighbors were very friendly with a good atmosphere. We had issues with a vacuum cleaner and the host was very responsive. Surfaces were pretty clean, but the condo needs a deep clean soon. Kitchen had plenty of basics.

The basic amenities were not there for our use. Trash bags, toilet paper, extra towels, shampoo. In most places I have stayed at those items have always been available. When I called management for more towels, I was told they would come, but they never did. There were six of us with one towel each. Beach chairs were rusty and unusable. Location was wonderful rooms were comfortable.

Great beach getaway!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. The pools were great and the ease of getting to the beach was great! We will definitely stay here again if we travel back to St Augustine Beach!

Our stay was amazing! Clean and spacious apartment, well equipped, and in a lovely complex steps from the beach. Can’t wait to stay here again.

We loved the rooms central location in the complex. Being near both pools was a great amenity. The condo was spacious and we loved the large open kitchen and living room area. The furniture was very comfortable.Would love to stay here again!

My family of 7 was very comfortable here. The condo was spacious, the grounds and two pools were beautiful, and we loved the proximity to the beach.

This condo is in a great location; lots of shops groceries within a short drive or moderate walk. Wonderful pools and beach access. We loved it!

The condo is beautiful. The kitchen was wonderful and beds were comfortable. We loved the heated pool and the beach is beautiful. We felt very safe there. Thanks for a great vacation!

The location and the space of the condo is excellent. 10/10There are no beach or pool towels. The amount of towels provided are only enough for showering.The resort company that oversee's the condo has you sign a contract saying there are only starter items in the condo. There was only a roll of toilet paper 1/2 used in each bathroom and a small bar of soap.The kitchen had a used roll of paper towels no cleaning supplies to keep the home clean, no sponge, no starter dish soap or dishwasher soap.1/2 the beach chairs are extremely rusted and need to be replaced.The hosts communication was excellent.
