Our freshly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath Oceanside condominium is perfect for your next getaway. Only a few steps away from direct access to Crescent Beach--go from door to shore in just three minutes! Enjoy your morning coffee (or happy hour cocktail) in the screened patio overlooking the swimming pool. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. If you look to the right, you can see Crescent Beach from the patio and Master bedroom. A short 15-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and all it has to offer. Don’t miss the holiday season “Nights of Lights” which runs from November 18-January 31. Catch a live concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheater only 10 miles away from the condo. There are many activities nearby including bicycle, boat and kayak rentals. Walt Disney World, Orlando theme parks and Cape Canaveral is 1 hour and 40 minutes away by car. Daytona Beach is 42 miles away and 55 minutes by car. History buffs, nature lovers, beach bums and surfers are welcome!

This condo was great! Super close to the beach and the pool. The condo was clean and really well stocked. We had a very minor issue and the owner replied very quickly and corrected the issue. We have a family of four and it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised at how well equipped this place was! Everything you might need was provided. The condo was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. We also appreciated the screened in balcony. It was too chilly and windy for swimming during our brief stay, unfortunately.

This is the most well stocked property I've ever rented. The condo is snug but has enough room for 6 adults to sit comfortably in the living room. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, so that's super helpful when everyone comes back from the beach at the same time. The location can't be beat, it's far enough south of the beach entrance to make it pretty quiet and not have a lot of cars driving past. It's literally 3 minutes easy walk from the door to the beach (2 if you have an excited 7 year old). Communication from the owner was great, she answers questions quickly and is very pleasant. The balcony is screened in (no bugs!) and looks over the pool and courtyard. Parking in front of the unit is hit or miss, it's usually full but it's not a long walk from the main parking lot. We are looking forward to staying here again when we visit our family.

Great unit in a nice quiet complex. Short distance from one of the pools and from the beach. If you forgot to pack something chances are you can find it in the unit from small supplies of toiletries to beach toys and just about anything in between

Crescent Beach Condo

The condo was exceptionally nice and well furnished. There were extra supplies of towels and linens and even beac towels. There were also beach chairs and umbrellas. It was so much more than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to my inquiries both priorto going and afterwards. The washer and dryer are new and large. The air conditioner was great; no issues. There are also ceiling fans. It easily could accommodate six adults. The downstairs bathroom has a shower too!! The condo and owner are exceptional!

Everything was perfect. Just as described. Heated pool and steps away from the ocean. Only drawback. Have to go a ways to get to restaurants and grocery store. Otherwise outstanding!!!

Great stay!

Love this location. The beach was awesome and a nice easy walk with kids. Not really much of an ocean view at all. Kitchen was lacking a few things, but overall good. Coffee maker was perfect and washer and dryer were excellent. Only 4 beach towels included, but plenty of chairs and toys. The kids loved the heated pool. The crib was perfect for my toddler. I brought a sound machine to block out the noise. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Very clean

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We liked that we could see the pool right out our balcony and back window. The pool was great because it was clean and heated! Everything worked properly and the beds were very comfortable. There were lots of drawers and storage places for your things. It is a very short walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful, no trash, not a lot of people, good waves for boogie boarding and even surfing. We would definitely stay here again!

5 stars - Will definitely stay again! Great location and beach access. The unit is nice and clean and very peacefully decorated! The condo has everything you need - coffee maker, hair dryer, Wi-Fi, TVs, and plenty of power strips for charging devices. The hostess was quick to respond via text. Great experience! 5 STARS!

Perfect place for our family of 5

We are a family of 5, with the youngest child being 6 months old. The kids LOVED the place and having their own beds and being just steps from the beach. Having a crib available right off the master bedroom was perfect for our 6 month old and made that part way less stressful. It was a bonus to have a washer and dryer and the kids loved the games that were available and having a full kitchen so we could all eat breakfast together. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo, sweet hostess!

Miss Siobhan was so accommodating! She made me feel like family, even though we never met in person. I had questions, even on Saturday night, and she was very patient about answering and trying to help. I would definitely love to come back, maybe when we don’t friends from out of town visiting. I’d love to just hang out and relax here!
